Truly. Furthermore, we ran through the scenarios first this time. The idea that Australia would send massive amounts of spies after us didn't set right with us. It almost seemed too good to be true. So, we went through, bit by bit, to figure out how much over the last three years is unaccounted for in national treasuries. Venezuela and Iberia had the largest amounts unaccounted for.
This makes sense. Iberia, after all, borders France, which oddly went into rebellion the very same turn the entire Iberian treasury for the turn became unaccounted for....
Furthermore, we have doubts that Venezuela would be behind the action. This leads us to the conclusion that Iberia instigated a pro-Australian uprising in the Philippines, which fits with their mode of operation of inciting revolts (such as in France). COULD Venezuela do it? Yes, easily. Did they? They have the means, but lack motif. Iberia has both means and motivation.
We are blockading the rebellious territory.
