I was declared war on by Zulu, Imperial Germany, France, England, and Venice.
And the RUAC supplied planes to "everyone except Germany".
THIS WAS TURN ONE.
I HAD NO ALLIES.
I got allies so I wouldn't lose against the French.

Request to Il Duce and the GM
Seeing that Austria plopped down right in my SOI..
I ask that either Il Duce voluntarily shift his claims over a few province widths, or
that the GM move the provinces himself and make those western provinces "to be claimed this turn."
The reasoning behind this is that a similar thing happened when i started next to ailedhoo. In addition, my SOI has been declared a few turns ago.
The second reason is that there's loads of room to the east, and everything to the west is taken.

I think that he does not mean this. Ail complained in turn 1 that Nazi were on German SOI and Tani moved the Nazi provicnes. So it si mroe to show the ''powergaming'' of Ail than that he really wants you to leave.

Its just that tani moved me away from Frances' SOI. I ask that he do the same for you. It wouldn't be a huge move in any case.
Also, we've established that historical borders are moot. Yes that's right. Worthless.
Ailedhoo tried a similar thing with "2012 France", and it fell apart when I cited "Nazi-occupied France in WW2".

It would depend on how far, I can't really be Austria without Vienna and Tyrol, directly on your border.

Alas... it did not fall apart. Why? Occupying is not of SOI. I was using modern day borders. Otherwise I may as well set to the days of the French Empire in SOI... let I did not.
Historic borders are accepted for those who wish them. I am using modern French borders, noted by some of the lands disputed being bordering Paris, the capital of Paris. If that is not a justified SOI then what is?

Scandinavia will not give up land it has rightfully conquered. It will only agree to not conquer as much land as it would normally provided their enemies give proper tribute.

um...Venice wonders where your sanity was left. A military occupation that was met by extremely strong guerrilla resistance, lasted all of 4 years, was undertaken by those who who where responsible for the holocaust, and starting a war that killed 60 million to 100 million people does not equal a legitimate claim. France as of 2012 is a legitimate claim. Also, the Nazi regime of WW2 was declared illegal for its action. And your leader is Hitler...who is a outright war criminal. We have far more legitimate claims. mainly because we actually are supporting ours with claims that weren't declared illegal. Venice also is not in a state of war with you. We have only decreed we do not recognize your state. which means if we did fight a war, it would from our view not be a war, for declaring war on someone implies you recognize the existence of that state.

My statements are not always in character. That being said, I'm sick tired of people mixing up my IC statements with OOC. Get over it, see the distinction. If its in character, there will be "quotes" or a picture of Hitler, or maybe a bold title.

OOC: I consider OOC comments to only be so when actually labeled so. I consider IC comments to be the ones lacking said label. Also, I use OOC to separate comments I consider to have been said IC from the comments that would not make sense otherwise. If is see a comment that would be fit as a OOC comment missing this label, I will replace the names of players with the name name or name of the leader of said nation. If the GM is mentioned...welll, I replace that with XONES. Because XONES is a in universe character, I can safely make this assumption. Therefor, you must directly say in your post where parts are OOC for me to consider them OOC.
