The real (psychiatrist administered) test I took had sections for the things you listed above. There were about 50 sections, almost all of them timed (conducted with various props, puzzles, etc).
I do know some of the tests try to replicate them but I don't believe it happens by paper-tests.
There are extra "dimensions" to human thought than one offered by these kinds of tests, then again I haven't been just recently checked out how they have developed so maybe yours was such that could give at least some glimpse to abilities.
But like said, one single IQ score doesn't really tell a crap.
I believe actual tests would require much more concentration into also such qualities as of intelligence based into social interaction and understanding situations rather than pure calculate this or solve this.
Also example I know one dude that probably would simply fail

most IQ tests miserably but he has in the real world MacGyverish type of skillsets and ability to troubleshoot in practical issues that probably is extremely hard if not impossible to replicate in these kind of tests.
In the future we actually might see tests that can determine much better our abilities and whole different fields of them along with additional personality data. Currently I don't see that happening.
PS. Congratulations for you score on the test, you are by your messages also bright fellow. And also congrats for the 7k posts, now it proves you are even bigger tosser than I am.
