the same innocent mercantile crews were allowed to come under Husi attacks if their ships had taken part in oil smuggling from Russia when the cut was deemed less than desirable ? Oh , the targeting is done by Chinese satellites and whatnot , giving people a chance to blame people other than the British who have taken over the job of ferrying Ukranians around to attach explosives to ships and underwater facilities ?
