Notice that Greece has no reason to threaten France besides this endless stream of commentary on us. Gibraltar does nothing to keep us safe! We have done nothing to make any enemies, only those enemies that for some reason hate us for no reason!

The part in bold I disagree with. Libya gives just as much freedom, maybe even more than your "Greek Democracy." We also actually elect our own leader, and not have to put up for one for 40+ years. We also allow our congress to pass laws, but we allow the people, THEN the congress, then the prime minister to decide if the law should be passed. We also shall impeach our prime minister if he is found violating our constitution. How's that. Go real democracy!!!!!!!

Considering that we came up with this system 2000 years ago.....yeah I think we involved the people far more and far earlier than Libya. You also had refused to disclose this information, so we had no way of knowing you had such a needlessly complicated and failure prone system of government. There is a difference between democracy and setting yourself up to fail.

Greece formally asks the Accord for an NAP for the next 20 years so that we can be sure no hostilities flare up between us. We want no bloodshed between our nations. This NAP is also open to anyone else who wants it.

Greece is also looking for its own protector while it gets back on its own two feet. We recognize that we can never hope of matching the great powers of this world at anything, let alone military strength, and we therefore ask for any nation who is willing to grant us protectorate status. Librulstan has some of the highest-quality equipment on the planet, for your information, capable of shooting far better and more effectively than that of your new nation. I'd assume they could also last longer in combat than your "equipment," if I can even call it that.

After the Election, the debate in the Reichstag over the recognition of Greece and the Soviet Union continued. The left continues to oppose recognising Greece. there are 2 branches of government:
executive: President, Vice President, and cabinet
Legislative: The Senate, currently 350 seats
Turkey is divided into 7 sections, each getting 50 seats.

The Senate is elected directly by the people, they vote on laws, and amendments to the Constitution (none yet). President may not veto a law, but can veto an amendment.

The President, can pass "special orders" and can declare war, also he and his cabinet have all power over the Military, and foreign policy.

Libya is made up of 8 States with their own Senate (each state senate is comprised of 150 seats, and a governor)
To be part of the national congress, a senator must as least hold a seat in his state
For the Presidential Election, the current president shall run against each parties top candidate.
The Congress and only the Congress is in charge of the military (DoW's, military spending, ect)
If in a national emergency: i.e: World War, being DoWed, ect: the President shall hand over all other powers to the Senate/Congress. If the president does not comply, then he is in danger of being impeached.
The President can be impeached if he violates the Libyan Constitution.

With the new century rising, Edward Lopez and his advisors decided that a dictatorship is not the way to go. The Monarchy Acts created a new government to replace the old - a constitutional monarchy. The major changes were these:

1. The king no longer has absolute authority, and most laws passed would now need the Texan Parliament's permission to be passed.

2. Slavery is now illegal.

3. The advisory consul would be reformed, with certain advisors advising certain subjects. For example, the State Advisor would help the king decide laws for the state.

4. Advisors, members of parliament, and other political bodies will be elected every 4 years.

5. Republicans, black people, and other sgregated groups are no longer constrained by laws made against them.

The king hopes this will bring a more prosperous empire. Many people think this is a great idea, but some think otherwise...

The new flag of the empire: The stars mean Texas, The Caribbean, and Chile, while the golden eagle means power and freedom.

L'accord de la Grande

On January 1, 1900, various officials from the Kingdom of Southern Han signed a treaty making them partial members in L'accord de la Grande. The Alliance of Three Kingdoms now officially has total access to the Accord. This means that the Accord has also officially ended its policy on ATK, making one member a full Accord state, one member a partial Accord state, and one member neutral to the Accord. The move will bring more collective security to Southeast Asia, and perhaps the entire world. In a time when the entire world teeters on the edge of war, it is valuable to have allies, and there could be no better ally then the Kingdom of Southern Han.
