As a matter of fact I did, and there's no way in which any honest politician can go on about ‘shared values’ with somebody such as Duterte. Come on, Edward, you can do better than this.

The reference in the article about shared values was about the supposed shared values
between the peoples of the UK and the Philippines, and nothing to do with Duterte's values.
 
Prediction: There's not going to be a deal.
