None of them. You claim "an asylum seeker is an asylum seeker even if they clearly won't qualify", I do not find that "a person who will obviously not qualify" is legitimately an asylum seeker in the first place. That is not a devastated argument. That is a difference in perspective.

You support unlawfulness, or in its absence, abuse of the system. I don't support that, as a matter of fact I support self-reliance, personal responsibility and as little to do with a central system as possible. I am what builds, you are what takes and tears down.

No, that's a legal fact. If a person heading towards the US is intending to ask for asylum, they are an "asylum seeker." Until their claim is made it can't be rejected, no matter how much passionate babbling you do on the subject. You don't have that authority. No matter how much you crave power, craving isn't having.

You should take the other half dozen people who tried to get this simple fact across to you off ignore as well.

I do not believe , in the formula, the first "A is A", but rather "A is An", or a modified "A" with depreciated value by virtue of the fact nothing is happening politically in these countries which would support an application for asylum.

Look, how is it not openly apparent Honduras' government isn't doing anything that makes its citizens eligible for this status? Why can't you direct to that? Why are you so intent on clouding the issue with , "well if they say they are, they are". If I say I'm an apache attack helicopter, am I an apache attack helicopter until I'm reviewed by a panel to be found otherwise? Do I get an appeal? Do I get to claim vehicle-oriented bias?

The troll has accomplished their objective by getting you to violate several rules at once, but the sad truth is that the administration has failed to act upon at least a dozen violations by the troll, and if they had taken action promptly it would never have come to this. I hope that when the thread gets closed for review the moderators and administration man up and acknowledge their own responsibility for this situation.

The apparatus for making an asylum claim is operated by the state department at the border crossing facilities. The answer to my simple question, which you apparently didn't know, is "the apparatus of the process for seeking asylum is at the border."

I would ask my next question, but the fact that you are woefully unprepared to discuss this matter seems too obvious to make it worth the bother.
