Anyways, Jeb looks like a cross between his father and brother to me. But I mean they're family so that shouldn't be too surprising I guess, the Kennedy brothers and some of their kids looked quite similar to each other.

My bad. This makes no sense. Jeb does not much like his brother at all. I can see more resemblance to their father, circa Gulf War. This pic isn't that old, but you can see it.
