Khadi "good" side World Spell

Bribe
Possibly a high priest spell. Simply buys nearby enemy units. The cost is equal to...

The problem here is that the followers of Mammon are the ones who embody greed, and so would be prone to being bribed... Elohim monks, Bannor Crusaders, Octopus Overlord cultists - none of these (amongst other) would be particularly swayed by money alone...

But it's magic. ;) A form of persuasion that they use to convince others to value money over their own preformed beliefs. It's not that those other people are prone to shifting loyalties, only that the Priest of Mammon wields money as a weapon. Followers of Mammon would therefor not be susceptible to bribery, because they already know who runs the banks. :P

Mammon does not have "priests." He prefers that his followers don't know that they serve him at all. Even among the highest ranking Stewards of Inequity few know what many of their Mason-esque symbols mean.

Perhaps disciple units should have some farther resistance.
But it's not necessarily about the money. Perhaps the money you pay is simply used to aqquire, or make preperations for, whatever WOULD tempt the target. No mortal is infallible.

I'd agree that it should only work on living units, though.

Mammon does not have "priests."

Or maybe he didn't have priests until Kahd came along and founded a religion worshipping mammon. :)

Worshiping oneself pretty much means worshiping Mammon, but Mammon does not want anyone to know that.

Honestly, I don't think Kahd WOULD worship him. I can see the redeemed Kahd worshiping Oghma, but the other path has Kahd becoming lost in his greed and selfishness. I think he'd set up a religion worshiping HIMSELF, not Mammon.

That's pretty much what the Monument to Avarice is about - a giant golden statue of himself (which happens to do much the same as the Bazaar of Mammon, allowing you to double up on greedy wonders).

I agree with this. Kahd joining the dark side should be a major event in Erebus, after all he considers himself an avatar...who is to say he is wrong? Perhaps even along the lines of Auric Ulvin walking along the path of Ascension. For all that work in researching the tech to the worldspell, I think that Mammon may have decided to rear his ugly head. After all, Kahd gains an artifact for becoming evil along the lines of Stephanos' Crown of Pimpdom
