1.2 did not pass, and will not pass even if germanicus votes for it. In the fact even if he votes nothing will change.

Yeah, but people seemed to want it, and the Consuls might go for it. Also, it might come up again at some point. You never know.

Also, there is still time for people to change their votes. Nothing is 100% certain yet, and I don't like calling votes before the time has finished on principle. No Bush/Gore shenanigans here, gentlemen.

You do know that Rome became an Empire with an Absolute Monarchy, and that an old Patrician family became its Emperor, right?
