Light In The East: Civs Of The Orient(And Beyond)

Fixed the bug :)

In terms of being based in Mesopotamia, we have the Sassanids coming up, and a potential Hammurabi as an alternate leader along with Nebuchadnezzar.

Egypt's and the rest of the Nile's face will be transformed in the coming month. Something big is happening :)

I'd rather devote the 16NP's loyalty the Hammurabi Babylonian Liberation Front than to the Neo-Persian Restoration Cultural Festival or Nile Face Transformation Party, to be honest. I've got my own Neo-Persians and Egypt has never quite interested me quite like the land between the two rivers. If the Secadecanationalists can contribute any resources towards the war effort, drop us a line. :)

Hooray for military-speak

Yeah, but there was no Persia in 2000 BC. :p
(Also, AW, five year plans? Liberation front? Are you a communist?! What have I done...)

Oh man, an update to Hiram's Seleucids to add E&D and other mod support would be really sweet.

On more LITE related topics, which civs are the closest to release, other than those involved in the Battle for the Nile of course.

*Seleucids are Greek
*Caliphate is Arabic.
*Elamites are... Elamites.
*Seljuks are Turkish. I suppose.

Idea for such civ:

UA: Imperial Legacy
Gain :c5goldenage: golden age points from adopting :c5culture: social policies and liberating cities. During :c5goldenage: golden ages, receive a unique bonus per each social policy tree you finished, :c5capital: capital you liberated, and era you passed.

UU: Immortal
Replaces spearman. Gains :c5strength: combat strength equal to your strongest land unit(starting from 12 :c5strength:), and heals 5 HP every turn(doubled during :c5goldenage: golden ages). does not obsolete. The number of immortals may not exceed the number of bonuses you get. Gains :c5goldenage: golden age points from combat, equal to his level.

What you think?

I wasn't taking the whole Persian civ seriously tbh. That is a lot of work.

Tunisia, has been in the oven for a while now.

Nubia as you know, is in the Battle of the Nile. There might be another civilization, but I am still not sure it will make it in time, even though it looks more than hopeful for the coordinated release.

What about Yuan how is progress on that going, I recently got a chance to play with the Moors and they were pretty fun.

Ah, sadly not much to say, [..].
Weren't I suppose to be working on the Ainu decisions? Better resume work on those soon [emoji14]

Nothing to report on Yuan, we are still waiting for art. Glad you enjoyed the Moors.

Thanks for offering to make them again, Regalman and I really appreciate it

Is there a design for North Korea yet? Recent events reminded me that you guys were working on one.

There are a number of designs and uniques. One of the ones I am happy to work on. However, the Ainu, Tunisia and especially ____________ require our immediate attention to be released soon :). ____________ is a European dynasty

Could you clarify "faith buildings" as regards Sri Lanka? Does it mean the standard faith-producing buildings (Shrine and Temple) or does it refer to the buildings purchased with faith (Cathedral, Pagoda, Mosque, Monastery)? Or does it mean both?

Wow... Mandir with Sri Lanka would be awesome.
