Depends on the country. Lets take Russia in WWII. A Conscript is a guy who has a 50% chance of having both a gun and bullets, 25% chance of training with either, and little chance of living long enough for it to matter.

why does Guagfei have the most conscripts? they have a medium population level along with many others.

Because they haven't made any major conscriptions before, except during the Trinlin war a few centuries ago. Plus, Guangfei is on the upper end of Medium population.

I have a three day weekend coming up, and in the hugely unlikely chance that I will not finish by then, I have a 4-day weekend after that.

The speedskating season's finished (hockey playoffs bumped us out of the rink) so that's a bit more time, but homework is also taking away almost all of my weekday spare time.

Anyways, Guangfei has the most conscripts because of logic- out of the Big Three (Guangfei, Khermi, and Gorin), Guangfei is in the best position. Gorin's been invaded and suffering for the last century, Khermi has been fighting for even longer, and they're both suffering. So yeah, alex has the most conscripts. Lucky chinese-ripoff guy.

I didn't say you were the bad guy (or at least I dont remember) just people twisting things annoys me, like Lengels claiming Gorin betrayed them, like "betraying" a bunch of weirdos attempting to conquer the world isn't in their best interests.

I resent your statements about Guangfei. Guangfei is definitely not one of the "Big Three" as you stated. It is absurd to put Guangfei up there with Khermi and Gorin! Chinese-ripoff guy? Do you have to insult me with your sarcastic tone at every moment?
