I'm sorry but Silver is right, in my day there was no international web net, we had to offend people one at a time. Now days kids are satisfied to break a few forum rules with a couple keystrokes. Where is the work ethic I ask you?

Well, there must be some reason for your city to be an eco center, naturally. If it is an obvious trade hub, Iggy will make one anyway. Otherwise, you will have to describe why you deserve a city center.
