She needs to scroll over tooltips to find out which civic is where, she is not able to say anything specific except general things, she doesn't know anything about leaders, etc. And she lies about Civ5 as well. She claimed that she was habitually conquering city states in Civ 5, which is pure nonsense.

Is it? I mean you can get away with a lot on the lower difficulty levels. Most people who play V never played above Prince, if that.

She learned about that when she started working for Firaxis. So, while spending a lot of time with it, she might never gotten into the game and is still unexperienced. Maybe same for Civ 6.

One new tidbit of information, tiles worked by cities look different to tiles not worked (cows outside pastures).

Ok, maybe not "lying", but saying random things in situations where she doesn't know what to say.

I just think she is not good at what she's doing and not credible enough.

But I admit it doesn't matter anyhow and I shouldn't start this topic. I am sorry and won't discuss things like this again.
