We are both brothers of the Pacific can we come to some sort of agreement regarding trade?

If our ships have the capabilities to transverse such enormous distances as going Trans Pacific, then I don't see why not.

Wielki Histori Polskie Imperium

2000: The Fall of Man - The word ravaged by plague, the Polish government wrestles to hold onto its power over the Polish people. However, the population was no longer concerned with governments or laws. Many fled to the hills to escape the horror of the rotting cities. The lands between Germany and Russia quickly descend into a new dark age land of feudalism ruled by the ruthless and blood thirsty.

2050: Hunkering around fires, the poles maintained their history, culture, and language as warlords rose and fell, conquerors from far off places swept in and were swept back. The poles mange to hold onto their heritage as they have had throughout the centuries. As time goes on, Polish history becomes grander as each generation retells the stories of former glories.

2100: The Awakening - In ancient stone buildings, sat the sons of the Imperium. Through boarded windows, hungry eyes peered down over the land. Rumors spread that great men would rise and eject the foolish bearers of Slavic chains. An army was raised, under a great man they severed, and conquered the lands. We called him Czar, as we had in the days before.

2150: The Dream Revealed - Through tireless work of the generations before us, the enlighten ones secure the dream. The rise of the second Polska Imperium, will usher in a new golden age. Our glorious legions stand ready to give their lives for the White Eagle.

Why is Japan touching Russia in that way? Why do the borders look like they have been drawn with rulers? They look like puzzle pieces.

@Adrogans- :/ sorry to hear that.
@Kozmos- Why not? Join as a nation, and try to make the map look like you want it to.
@Karalysia, Zeletdude, Haseri, Julius, LoE- Great stories!
@Luckymoose- Monday

Government of the United Syndicalist Communes of America

fig100.gif

The First Citizen is the executive of the nation and is elected to a 2 year term, but subject to recall by the People's Assembly based on a vote of No-Confidence. The First Citizen appoints a number of liaisons and to help persue his policies in different spheres such as domestic policy with the Assembly, economic policy with the Combined Syndicates and Foreign and Military Policy with the Supreme Commander. These liaisons act as lobbying groups for the First Citizen to influence them.

The People's Assembly along with the various sub-divisions are elected by the general population and represent the interests of the people. The People's Assembly is the main legislative body of the USCA, the majority leader is chosen by his party.

The President of the Combined Syndicates is leader of all labor unions in the country and acts to formulate economic policy in the nation. Unions control all businesses and industry in the country, and all of them employ grassroots worker democracy. Unions send representatives to form the two Union Congresses which select the President who serves for a 4 year term and is subject to recall at any time. The International Workers of the World Commission has a purely advisory role to suggest economic policies.

The military like all other institutions is democratically organized. Soldiers form unions and and elect leaders among themselves, as do officers, and commanders. The various military unions send representatives to the Military Assembly which helps formulate military policy. The Supreme Commander is elected at large by all members of the military and has authority command over all military forces. the Supreme Commander is however subject to oversight by the National Security Council which and Military Liaison who are answerable to the First Citizen therefore ensuring civilian control of the military.

The following parties contested in the first election of the USCA:

Just a reminder that orders are due in two days. The quicker you can get them in, the quicker I can update, and the quicker we can get the ball moving on this.

USE history cont.

2036: Innocent XIV puts fanatically loyal friends into the most powerful areas of French government.
2037: Roman Catholicism is officially declared the State Religion. Mumblings of discontent are said at German and Spanish border towns.
2040: Tax rises in Spain leads to violent riots in the north east of the country. The Pope offers military aid. Wary, Spain declines.
2042: As the Spanish riots get closer to Madrid and cut off agricultural areas, the government takes up the Pope's offer. In mid-autumn, the French army is deployed. They were ruthless and efficient. Survivors called them the 'angels of death', mostly because they chanted prayers as they killed rioters.
2043: The riots have all but died down. A diplomat is sent to Madrid and convinces the state that non-Catholics are to blame. The government agrees, but goes softly at first, giving non-Catholics incentives to leave.
2050: In the 7 years that have passed, Germany and Portugal suffered the same problems. The French gave them the same solutions. Spain is entirely Catholic.
2060: Papal agents have fully infiltrated the governments of the surrounding European nations.

Not much, but I'm going to post the finale after Omega124 has posted his national story.

Alright, here we go.

2001: A Bomb goes off in Buckingham Palace, killing Queen Elizabeth II and Crown Prince Charles, among others. Prince William, the highest person on the line that is still alive, is crowned King
2010: A Recession starts due to the effects of biological warfare; William gets married.
2014: Citizems become increasingly hostile to the government, but nothing too major
2015: Kate and William have a son, named Matt; A violent riot happens in Cardiff, as Royal Soldiers fire upon the strickers
2016: Wales Declares Independence; Ireland invades Belfast while the British can't do anything about it
2017: Scotland declares independence; and Wales and Scotland team up against the now English government
2018: (If okay with Haseri) USE sends peacekeepers to Cornwall for "Peacekeeping". The Protestant Majority are not amused
2022: William reconizes Scotland after pressure from anti-war protesters, whom pulls out of the war. England makes a deal with Ireland, saying they will cede Belfast and the rest of Northern Ireland if they attack Wales. They accept. (Pending Approval: Year of Blood pisses off occupied Cornwall citizens, whom want to be back with England. The violence against the occupiers make a full scale invasion of all of Southern England, including London)
2023: William and Kate are both shot by a Ultra-British Nationalist. Matt is too young to ascend (He's 8!), so a weak regency concul is formed. They disband Parliment
2024: (Pending Approval: London Falls, Prince Matt barely survives as he and the rest of the remaining regency moves to Nottingham) A Welsh attack at Ireland pushes the latter out of the war.
2025: After 9 Hard Years of Civil War, the Regency reconizes Wales and accepts the loss of land to USE. (Pending Approvment: Gibraltar is invaded by USE before peace treaty)
2033: Matt comes to age and is crowned. He reinstates Parliment.
2034-2076: Years marked with rebuilding the government. (Pending Approval:King Matt makes it clear to the USE he does not approve of the treatment of Protestants in Occupied England and Gibraltar. The two countries have a crisis that almost leads to war every other tuesday). During this time, Matt gets married, and bears two sons; Edward and Thomas
2077: Matt dies, and Edward is crowned.
2078-2149: Years of Edward. Thomas dies of natural causes during this time period, and Edward gives birth to only one daughter: Victoria, an ultra-nationalist
2150: Victoria is Queened, and the uneasy peace seems like its going to get shattered

(Crap, I know. I'm just very tired right now)

The Peacekeeping (good name) Doctrine wasn't really used until the 2040s. Before that, France was mainly concerned with internal troubles. So, the Cornwall stuff could be moved up to that 2034-2076 period, but I see good reason that the UK (and the rest of Europe) would be pissed off at the Year of Blood.

But that means I need to bump up the civil war. There is no reasonable justification that Britian would give up its CAPITOL, even in a losing war, unless it was very dire (I.E. The Civil War). To move up Cornwall would mean me moving my entire thing around.

Let me sleep on it. I'll think of something in the morning.

Enjoying the history Haseri and Omega.

Orders have been recieved from-

Enjoying the history Haseri and Omega.

Thank you!

Now, seeing that Kara was able to change his nation's name, ideology, and color on the map completely, would it be possiblt to request a simple name to England?

EDIT: And also Bold my name, like everyone else?

Yessir. I'll get on it right away.

'Twas is, but in the context of my nation (English/British government in exile), it doesn't make much sense naming it after a region insted of the country. It would be like calling the US "New Jeresy".

Orders Sent. Hope the Picture clarfified my intentions.

Of my 4 government leaders 2 are from the West Wing, 1 is from Outsourced, and 1 is a Russian model.
