Well, you could tie the MPP to an alliance vs another civ, and hope your MPP partner makes peace with the other civ.

A minor detail, I will need to be skipped/swapped if I come up again before Monday. I am putting in 10-13 hours a day at the lab, and then get to spend less than 1 hour with the wife. This is not so good. This extreme overload will end this week though. I will then be out of town this weekend.
Lab rules are weird. I can use any software on the computer already, I just can't add C3C. I end up starting an experiment, and "monitoring" it for 6+ hours.
 
Wouldn't see a need to try a steal at this point. Based on the current tech level, I think we're fine with cav, artillery and knight/cav armies. We won't need tanks or planes until we get to Asia.

I'd try when maybe we can take a stolen tech and deal it elsewhere for one we don't have.

Did some maths.. since with the MPP in place.. we can do 2 immediate steals for same price as a safe one, and it gives higher chance of success than 1 safe

Only problem is ofcourse we cant sell it on, but we can then see if india has/gets flight.. and I doubt it will be cheaper to get it later

Spies will give slightly better chance of getting it, but at the risk of war since the MPP will be over by then (thou ofcourse.. we could renew the MPP and prolly get all of indias techs and gold again)
 
We are ahead of or equal to everyone except india who is up combustion and whatever else behind it.

Edit: We are only equal to china, everyone else is atleast 2 techs behind
 
At this point we may as well wait for spies. They aren't far away and can steal from civs we are fighting.
 
Just a quick update.. currently in turn 6.. I declared on america in turn 5, and captued 3 of their 5 cities in turn 6 (including pyramids and rubber)

Aztecs only have 2 size 12 cities left on mainland america.. the rest are size 6 or below

Atm Iroquois is being the biggest opponent.. they keep sending around 10 units per turn and has gotten to average vs us in military. (they have 10 size 12 cities)

We have 2 more cav armies, and a leader waiting to rush the MA in turn 7 (didnt want to waste 2 turns of shields in Iron Works so it is completing a collosseum first)

We control around half the non tundra parts of north america, and are number 1 civ in cities, territory and population by a comfortable margin...
 
Can we sign peace with the Iro's and come back to them in 20 turns? Will it take 20 turns to secure North Amercia from the other jokers?
Should we start getting some ships together to start taking out the small 2-3 tile islands the Aztecs have? Or are we ignoring these?

I was planning to start building some ships to go after them.

no reason to make peace with iros. I will start going after them as soon as America is dead

Aztecs mostly have just Tundra cities left, so it is more to gain to go after iros atm (plus I can pretty much ignore aztecs after I raze 2-3 more of their cities.. somehow they are still strong vs us military, but I expect that is all infantery in their tundra towns.. they havent had saltpeter for several turns now, and I am killing their last trickle of cavs)
 
1375AD, turn 0:
A lot of work, but I go through all cities and MM.. I shave off a turn on research on Espionage
Factory in IW goes from 6 to 5 turns by switching tiles
Shave off a turn in several cities, others I MM so they grow a turn or two faster where that is allowed by happiness

I notice that Tucuman can build Wall street in 4 turns if it builds police station first.. since we have no immediate need for wall street, and we will want police station in that town anyway, I switch the wall street build to PS.

We have almost no cities building military.

I understand the need for rifles/infantery, but at the moment we need more Gaucho's bad too..

Dont dont have immediate need for defense in coastal cities except for MP, since marines is not around yet.. so I switch Buenos aires and Cordoba to cavs.. they will get back to rifles again a few turns

China has no gpt available, so no point in stealing combustion atm except to see what else india has

We are now at 83 native workers and 255 slaves (78 native and 135 slaves at beginning of my turns)

There are a few spread iroquois infantery inside our borders.. most of them are right west of washington

I have yet to see infantery attack fully healed infanteries in either cities or onflat ground

Do not move the movable armies with full moves left in the inherited turn.. several of them will heal up in ine IBT if not moved

I was using Bahia Blanca as a staging point.. so hurt units are mainly healing there (unless they ended up a place where a city was buildt ontop of them)

Bad part is I was using up settlers faster than I was producing them, so next player only have 3 settlers available at beginning of turn.. however most of the remaining cities in north america is tundra towns now

Australia landed a settler pair next to horses on the west coast.. if you like you can settle on the horses to avoid them building a town there

you can move a settler to NW,NW,W or SE,SE,S or SE,S,S of Centralia to settle there next turn to get that city in artillery range.. after that town is gone we would have no culture pressure, and could make peace with iroquois if they like.. the rest of their lands is pretty much just tundra.
Iroquois has a city in scotland, so we cant easilly elliminate them sadly

Take out the Aztec island city of Cempoala asap.. it has huge culture pressure on New La Plata and San Fransisco..
Easiest is prolly to let the galleon in San Fransisco complete, then steal combustion and upgrade it to transport and ship a couple armies over

Dont forget to Cancel the MPP with india (unless you want to keep if up untill you plant spy and steal techs)

Some of the cities in North america is buildt a bit tight, but I did not want to disband them yet so the Ais would be able to use roads and rails in neutral territory

Oh yeah.. I more or less emptied south america of infantery.. Marines is not around yet (only china and india has combustion yet, and there is no way china should have gotten marines so fast)
I needed all the infantery I could to cover the long fronts in north america

we have more than 80k gold.. the richest AI is india with 1225gold..

SPHQ will complete in the first IBT.. which should fix some of the growing corruption I was getting due to all the new cities

CIA will complete in 3 turns

Note I did not MM in the last turn.. so you can do that.. or wait till after the SPHQ completes.

I love seeing this level of worker gain. The front is moving so fast I suspect a lot of workers are tied up in rail-net to the front.

While I haven't look at the game, the report gives me the impression it is time to start building a navy for the shuttle between Alaska and Siberia. It will take awhile to put this together.

Remember 5 to 10 turns per round - STRICT 24 hours got it, total 48 hours to at complete. Once the game starts dragging 48 hours to at least report a status update.
