Looking PBEM/or New PBEM Game!

I'm a Noble/Prince level player when i do Single player games.

For the questions:
1. Time zone = GMT +1
2. This can vary, but normally I'm able to play one turn a day minimum (with exception of some weekends) between 16.00 and 22.00 GMT time
3. Leader pref's: First choice: Huyana of the Inca's, Second choice: Elizabeth of England
4. No archipelago or other maps with more water than land (but if such map is chosen, I'll still play, but my leader preferences will change)

Okay so after waiting for TurdFerguson to PM me his eMail for a few days I think we need to just get this game started. I think the best thing to do is limit the game to 6 players.

For all players more than 6 I want to make a new game. In a new thread! I will post a link to that new game HERE!

More than 6 people and it would get too easy for rounds to go a week at times without anybody making a turn. Remember the goal is to try to get a turn done every day. Obviously if someone misses a day no big deal. But please try not to miss mutiple days or several days in a row because a lot of people are playing the game together.

I am going to start the game with the first 6 people who gave me their eMail addresses; so that would be Yaburu, dr_s, rbkhockey, fegguk, Nakor, and myself.

So TurdFerguson, runningsnake24, and NZL I am going to make a second newbie PBEM game so please you are both invited to sign up for that. If you guys want to play a small/tiny game with 4 players we can start that game right away. Further discussion in that thread.

I am sending an eMail to the people in THIS game. This eMail is a TEST save only; not the actual game. Just take the TEST turn and send me back the save. Once everyone sends me back their TEST turn I will start the ACTUAL game. dr_s you don’t need to do this TEST because you did one okay already.

Okay sorry to dissapear last two days guys. My computer threw up on me for trying to install windows 7 on it. Back to vista now unfortunately until I figure that out.

dr_s I got your request to get your turn fixed and I'm going to update the main post to reflect the adjustment.

Okay so our game is started and dr_s has the save file.

But now we are trying to troubleshoot: "the save file you have selected is protected to ensure that the assets in your mod folder have not been changed" error when he trys to load the save.

As soon as this is resolved the game is can be sent on to Nakor. Does anyone know anything about this error messege?

I was wondering this myself. I got a eMail yesterday from rbkhockey asking for Yaburu's eMail again. So either of them could have it still. I think it would help to know who has the save if we post here when the we sent our saves along?

Also I know it took a while to get this game started. Thanks for everyone's patience I am just learning all of this. But now that the game is going I think it's important to try to keep up with one turn per day everyone. Otherwise we will quickly fizzle mommentum I think?

Let's hope things do continue soon, otherwise we might want to consider restarting with the players that actually do their turn.
