Germany has invaded France and pushed it almost all the way back to Paris. The quicker the status quo can return between Britian and France the better.

Peace Treaty Between Germany and France:

German Conditions of Peace:

It will retain the Low Countries and the Rhenish Confederacy both of which are now willing members of the Union and states of said Union.

It will furthermore annex the territories just south of the Rhine around to an area around Antwerp. This will only work out to be a small portion of land.

And it would also like the Tyroll which is the area just south of Austria (OOC it will cover the two cities in Dalmantia that are directly below Austria and nothing else)

Signed Emperor of All Germans Kaiser Wilhelm II
Signed Chancellor of Germany Blucher

France agrees to the above terms and add the following:
We go back to prewar borders and full withdrawal of all German troops from French and Italian lands.

Signed, Emperor Napoleon V, Emperor of France.

OOC: Now I can fully focus the full might of the French forces against England. I could not ask for a more perfect timing. :mwaha:

We have Naples firmly in our hands, we will end the war with the full withdrawal of British troops from Africa, Sicily and France. But Naples will remain in French hands.

Would France allow Naples to retain its freedom in Sicily but not in mainland Italy?

Why have you decided unilateral peace terms without consulting your greatest ally?

We demand that since it has been Chinese blood shed over the land that Primorsky be handed over to our control.

Secondly we demand large portions of eastern Siam be handed over to Vietnam, and the remaining parts of Siam and Burma become Chinese vassals similar to Tibet.

Vietnam backs China's demands as well.

OOC: It's nice to border Warman17 and Crezth again. Surely this isn't a coincidence? :p

All across the German Empire the people were rejoicing France had been humbled by the Imperial Army and the Majestic Star of Kaiser Wilhelm II had never been so high. The streets echoed to the sounds of the people singing in the Street, thousands from the Industrial Worker in the Rhineland’s Factories to the Prussian Junker in his Manor to the Farmer in Bavaria to the Musician in Austria the whole of the German world reverberated to the sounds of two competing strains of music. Many sung, eyes swimming in tears for a day they had never thought would happen; Das Deutschlandlied;

Germany, Germany above everything,
Above everything in the world,
When it stands for protection and defence,
Brotherly sticks together.
From the Meuse to the Neman,
From the Adige to the Belt,

Others sung with equal fervour and perhaps more topical knowledge; Die Wacht am Rhein;

A call roars like thunderbolt,
like clashing swords and splashing waves:
To the Rhine, the Rhine, to the German Rhine,
who wants to be the stream's guardian?

But the whole country with equal fervour sung the 4th stanza of The Watcher on the Rhine;

As long as a drop of blood still glows,
a fist still draws the dagger,
and one arm still holds the rifle,
no enemy will here enter your shore!

The most ancient foe of Germany had been defeated, her lands lay shattered and her Emperor had asked for terms. And oh’ how the people exclaimed over the terms the Tyrol to be returned after so long an absence from her Fatherland, the Rhineland back safely in the all embracing arms of the Fatherland, The Dutch long wishing to shake the bonds of French servitude now willing partners in the Empire of All Germans and Antwerp a prize for all Germany’s humiliations.

One thing eluded Germany’s complete unity, its moment of absolute triumph, Austria held out from the union; and the people howled for her government to relent to join. But her government encouraged on by foreign powers it was widely said would not join her brothers just across the borders.

Plans were afoot inside Austria, true German Patriots contrived to bring down the Government. The German people rejoiced in the knowledge that inside Austria opposition was strong the traitors would not be allowed to continue to deprive Germany of her unity. Cries for Unity reverberated, Das Deutschlandlied’s final verse was sung with a certain predatory look in the people’s eyes.

Unity and justice and freedom
For the German fatherland!
For these let us all strive
Brotherly with heart and hand!
Unity and justice and freedom
Are the pledge of fortune;

Unity became the German National Slogan, Unity above all costs, Unity.

OOC: Thanks to all those who wished the German Empire a welcome birth you wont be forgotten :)

We have made a mistake we are sure not to repeat. Millions of Muslims still live under your control in Egypt and we will make sure to liberate them. You are fighting for money and power, while we are fighting a war liberate our brethren under your rule. We shall liberate Egypt.

Quick question to Lucky and/or Germany:

Does Germany now have all of the Rhenish Confederacy's techs? And are you still in the EEA? Please tell me if you are, so that I can stop wasting money on a tech that's already been researched by my allies.

(Orders are ready and will be sent in as soon as the above question is answered.)

Perhaps our wording was wrong. We intended to have Primorsky be passed over to Chinese control; surely the Qing can forgive this slight error.

As for Siam, that can still be negotiated. After all, the treaty calls for the territory to be placed under EAC jurisdiction. Japan, however, has no quarrels with turning over large portions of eastern Siam to Vietnam.

We would like to clarify that we in no way seek to shortchange China or Vietnam, our greatest allies. As they desire, so shall it be.

The Muslims in Egypt are free to move if they so wish, perhaps they would rather live under French rule than yours. If you want to forcefully move them to your lands then by all means do so, but we wont make it easy for you, and if they dont want to move, they wont either. We have freed up our Norhtern border, Britain may be out of the war soon, so is that what you really want to do?

ooc: we ,uslims are prone to mood swings:p

OOC:

@Quoo I cant speak for Lucky but i would assume that Germany has the techs of Britian, France and the EEA.

The British shared all there techs with the Confederacy when it declared itself free, prior to that the Confederacy had all French tech because it was a vassal and since Prussia was subsumed into Germany i should have all the EEA techs.

Im still negotiating with Russia about the exact position of Germany in the Alliance we havent got to tech yet but Germany wont be spending any money next turn on techs and/or sharing them as of yet.

@Crezth im guessing Wubba's choice has something to do with Germany leaving the war as quickly as i did... and Britian extending peace tendrils i wouldnt want to fight France all alone neither does Wubba im guessing

Germany would be willing to negotiate terms between the two parties, the Kaiser feels his negotiation skills are up to it.

The Kaiser needs to keep his nose out of places it does not need to be. This does not concern Germany since Germany was not involved in this theater. We will allow Germany to assist in negotiations concerning Naples but nothing else.

We will agree to give you one of the Islands, Cyprus will remain in French hands, but the rest can be transferred to Muslim control.

OOC: Also Rhenish Confederacy did not have all the techs France had, only the ones that the Alliance researched.
