LuckNES V

To: The Islamic Caliphate
From: Prussia

This is good. We will all benefit from the assistance we are capable of giving to each other and, if the assistance is good and all agree at a later date, we may eventually join in further cooperation. For now, it will remain simply at the level of cooperation rather than full alliance, although the effects will be fairly similar in all respects.

Do you agree with the various terms of the treaty?

To: Romania
From: Prussia

Will Hungary and Romania, then, not be joining our cooperative effort?

OOC: sp1023, the fact is, not everything you do in a game should be to benefit your nation. It makes sense to leave so-called trading stipulations because there is the possibility of a benefit in the future, as well as it making sense in character if not out of character. Also, my IC gains have all been from increased trade.

Luckymoose, what about the various NPC nations we extended offers to? Poland, I think, may be the only one.

I'd like to join as Japan, would you kindly.

From: Romania
To: Prussia

We plan on the BSA unifying Europe, while your effort is to rebuild the nations torn by the Great War. We will join in your cooperative effort, but we will remain in the BSA as well.

Welcome to the fold, Crezth.

Japan has taken a peace deal with me ceding Sakhalin and Tsingtao to you.

Nope. I don't feel like it because I don't need rebuilding.

The offer extends to those who have had enemy troops on their land, America hasn't suffered this problem

OOC: It is also more specifically aimed at Eastern Europe, which is why Eastern Europe is in its title. As one of the purposes is to prevent foreign domination of nations within Eastern Europe, to allow America or, for that matter, France or Britain into our group would eliminate part of the reasoning for developing it in the first place. Just letting everyone know. :)

OOC: I'm working on them, but I have a question first: does the end of the war treaty effect my IC this turn or next turn?

OOC: I was talking about the loss of territory, not the reparations. I am sure losing Poland and all three Baltic States will hurt my economy in some way.

Also, I will not be paying the reparations back immediately, I am sure Sweden and Russia will understand, as the treaty never says exactly when I have to pay them. Don't worry, I will get to it within five years. ;)

We agree to the terms.

To: The Islamic Caliphate
From: Prussia

This is good. Your agreement brings the total confirmed membership to four: Prussia, Russia, Romania, and the Islamic Caliphate. With hope, those others to which membership was extended will join as well, and we will all benefit.

Sorry, I will not be intering the fray

Fuschia do you have any form of IM? Preferably AIM? If so can you tell me? PM if you don't want everyone knowing.

From: Romania
To: EECP

We agree to joining the EECP, however, we will not share our technologies nor accept other nations technologies; this may only be temporary however.

Unfortunately, no. My current computer happens to be about as crappy as they come, so I will not have any form of IM over the next few months. Annoying, but unavoidable.

To Prussia
from Hellenic Republic:

We will join as well, though no battles were fought by us, nor on our soil. We wish to merely be a mediator, or to provide help when needed, though in no position to do so.

Okay the deadline is here. For those who missed it. It is okay.

I will be redoing the tech tree once again, removing some, combing some, adding some. Thanks to EQ's advise.

EDIT: If you haven't sent orders do so. I really really need French orders and some others. Update comes tomorrow with or without them.

OOC: if France does not send orders will you carry out the conditions of the treaty?
