I propose to effectively use our research funds.

Yes, France agrees. We planned to start this earlier, but our plans towards the war and the Middle East derailed this. If Italy is willing to start this up again and encourage the French Research group to research techs, France will be happy to donate funds for this.

Also France will be giving out Improved Artillery and Armored cars to the members.

To the EECP/BSA/EEWRA

After analyzing our technological advances, we have noticed that almost all countries in our research fund have a couple of technologies that no other country [in our fund] has. For example, Sweden has early airplanes and will soon have improved artillery, while Romania lacks these technologies but has a monopoly on rapid fire theory. Therefore, the Swedish Prime Minister proposes that all members of the EECP share their technologies with other members of our fund.

Sweden has also noticed that if we work together we will be able to research improved artillery, armored cars, and mobile artillery in 4-5 turns, or maybe even 3 if we decide that these techs are more important than the welfare of our people.

I agreed to be in the EECP as well as the BSA. They weren't combined.

Oh... I never agreed to be in anything except the BSA. (Don't take me out of the EECP Lucky; I changed my mind since then.)

So... About my post?

The pooling of technologies is one of the agreements within the EECP. This is not a separate agreement but one that is required for membership. Any who do not remember to distribute their technologies among the other members of the EECP this turn may be punished or simply removed.

As for the entrance of Sweden into the EECP, this was obviously instituted by Russia and, while we will not force your removal, let us make this perfectly clear to you: Sweden is a traitorous nation, and we will not tolerate you telling us what to do, or how to do it. Prussia and Russia are, for the moment, the leaders of the EECP, and will remain their until we see fit to allow other nations into the position of making decisions with us. You may make suggestions, but do not suppose that Prussia will be amicable to them or put your needs in front of those of another members.

We agree. So, will you join the EEPP?

Why still be harsh toward Sweden? It will not bring you any gain anymore. But your conflicts from the past, into the past. Embrace the future, brother!

According to the [OC]stats[/OC] we have already joined the EEPP. We thank you for your positive view of our state.

To: The EEPRC (its the correct name stated by Fuschia) Members

We believe that, with each member having different technologies, the sharing of said technologies with each other will help us all grow. And it is with this in mind that Romania repeals it past statement of refusing to share nor accept technologies from other members of the EEPRC.

Technology Tree:

Air Technology: Use Military IC

Naval Technology: Use Military IC

Improved Submarines: Increases the range and depth your submarines can go and the length of time they can stay at sea.
Cost: 20
Being Researched by: Hellenic Republic(1/20)
Completed by: Britain

Sonar: Gives your navy the use of sonar. Greatly improving your ability to hunt submarines. +1 Navy Quality
Cost: 200

Are you serious? Even nuclear tech isn't this expensive!!! Oh, BTW, how did I randomly get improved subs again?

We thank Romania for clearing up any issues over the naming of this organization. We would also like to clarify that, while we will not be harsh to Sweden, we will certainly not be pleasant until they have earned our trust. The same applies to Romania and Hungary, although nowhere near as much so.

We would also like to thank Romania for its agreement to share its technology, as otherwise it may have been booted. It is certainly a step in the right direction when it comes to repairing its relations with Prussia.

We as well believe tech sharing would be a good idea

Yes, well the Hellenic Republic doesn't have any techs that the world wants, so we are deeply sorry. :(

On a brighter note, how much IC does all our nations have combined?

55. And you have subs (not that anyone needs that atm).

However, we can't invest all our money in techs since we need to take care of our citizens (I move that we all try to emit as many greenhouse gases as possible so my country doesn't freeze to death...)

Sweden is saddened by the distrust with which Prussia sees us.

EDIT: @Luckymoose: Since we can no longer research improved combustion engine, is early airplanes the only requirement for improved early airplanes?

I find the naval technology that you possess to be very useful, however, not at the moment though. Romania feels that every nation in the EEPRC has something to contribute, and that includes the Hellenic Republic.
