To: The French Empire
From: The Prussian Union
Because it is mutually beneficial for both of our nations to be able to look elsewhere than to our shared border, we would like to propose a two year non-aggression pact between the Prussian Union and the French Empire. You would be free to quash your various rebellions and look towards other enemies while Prussia would be free to continue its war in Russia. Consider the benefits of such a pact to yourself and your goals in other parts of the world.
To: The United Kingdom of England and Ireland
From: The Prussian Union
We apologize for any violations of English territorial waters that may have occurred as a result of the war between Russia and the Prussian Union. It was, however, unavoidable that the naval war would take place north of Europe, particularly north of Norway.
The Prussian Union also suggests that the United Kingdom may find it beneficial to remain neutral in this conflict, as it has more important concerns than a simple war in Russia, and any side taken in this is one you may regret; the Prussian Union is the aggressor and the Russian Empire oppresses and enslaves its people for its own end. Neither will content your nation in terms or moral right.
To: Sweden/Denmark
From: The Prussian Union
We apologize for any violation of Swedish/Danish territorial waters that may have occurred as a result of our war with Russia. It was regrettable necessary to achieve Prussia's goals and to guarantee the future freedom of the Russian people.
To: The Hellenic Republic
From: The Prussian Union
As we have affirmed in our diplomacy, it is not necessary to the EEPP for the Hellenic Republic to join in its war on Russia, and it is not beneficial for the Hellenic Republic. As such, we suggest that you see the best course of action and leave this war to the Prussian Union and those bordering Russia.
