Update 5:
Year 1910
Bulgarian troops prepare to charge a Romanian defensive line.
Americas:
Strong movements of brilliant and gifted individuals to Quebec, mainly caused by the war and its expansion, have caused many of Quebecs schools of higher learning to expand and have some of the best professors in the world. Most notably is the work by a young Spaniard named Felicio Hernandez in the fields of aeronautics. Some early prototypes of his designs have given some astounding developments in stability, speed and maneuverability to his aircrafts. He still has a small team, but continued funding from Quebec has helped him on his path.
The large scale introduction of mass production in North America has shown benefits to the entire area.

Mexico, even going through a miniature industrial revolution of its own, has growing conflicts with the ever expanding United Workers Party. Many bandits and other such criminals in the California and other northern states have been robbing stores, trains and other such establishments with claims and sometimes proof of connection to the party. These actions are keeping the more populated areas truly against the party but the outskirts see it as a heroic battle against the capitalists. Working closely with China, with a large sum of 100 million pesos the Mexican government gives out valuable new technology while spending the money on expanding the navy and launching the first Goliath Battleship, named Tlaloc after the Aztec god of water. The government announces a new constitutional amendment cutting the number of presidential terms to one, while expanding the term length to six years.
Theodore Roosevelt, seeing the possible problems of a Prussian controlled Russia, pleads with congress to join the war effort and fight the Prussians for the safety of American overseas possessions. After many months of flip flopping the declaration of war is made. Seeing a quick victory is at hand, he sends a large invasion force to capture the Prussian colonies of Cameroon and South West Africa.
In fear of possible world war, Brazil focuses on gaining a foothold in the aviation club.
Europe:
Fighting in Iberia carries on as the French win several key victories over the Consejo, gaining plenty of territory and knocking the effective offensive force of the Peoples Army out. As the combat carries on in small skirmishes in and around smaller towns the French are claiming victory, the population continue to take up arms and fight the occupying French. The Portuguese cry out for independence, and are taking serious steps to cease hostilities while other parts of the country remain under the command of powerful former party members and generals.

French Empire: 6 Divisions, 1 Artillery Brigade
Madrid Consejo: 11 Divisions, 3 Artillery Brigades, 9 Militia Divisions
The Eastern War becomes the Great War as UK, USA and France all join the side of Russia, Hungary and Sweden in the fight against the Prussian alliance. Also sparking the war in Asia as Japan holds true to the protection pact and opportunistic tendencies.
The Prussians in an attempt to make a more defensible stand, pull back and used a scorch earth campaign in the northern reaches of the front, working relatively well in slowing down the Russian hordes. However the introduction of transportation trucks among the ranks of the Tsars Army kept this from amounting to much. In Finland the Prussians withdraw with the Finnish royal family. Allowing for the quickened defeat of the remaining and surrendering Finnish military. (- Finland as a fighting nation). The Swedish take over command of most of the country as the Russians move troops to fight in the vacuum that was created by the Prussian retreat. The Prussian navy barely made the rescue of troops before the surprisingly joint British and French navy arrived to clean house.
As the Russian, Swedish, British and French navies joined up for a spectacular hunt for the Prussian goliath battleships and a massive coastal bombarding. The Prussian navy went into retreat and hid at port while the Allied fleet crushed the remaining Finnish and scattered Prussian task forces.
On land the Russians push into Romania as the Hungarians and now Bulgarians make gains. Romanias capital has been captured and the navy, expanded with a goliath battleship, escapes to Greece. The Prussians make gains against Hungary but the French begin a massive, unstoppable push towards Berlin. The stretched out Prussian army has no way of defending the fronts but a large conscription has saved Berlin for the time being. The French manage to push in Jutland.
As the year comes to a close the fronts in Europe are stable while the seas are dominated by the allied navy. Finland has been defeated and Romania is on the brink. Generals in Prussia begin to lose hope and could be on the verge of turning against their own government to save the army.

Asia:
Word reached Japan quickly about the declarations of war by the UK, France and America against their allies in Prussia. The perfect opportunity to capture valuable ports and islands in the Pacific to gain the advantage. British and French cities in China were the first to be captured, and with little garrison it was a rather easy task. American Manchuria and the invasion of Russia came next with again little resistance. The harder invasions were of British Singapore, Thailand and Borneo. At sea the Japanese had a surprising lack of naval conflict, with the main British and French fleets far away in Europe. Some small skirmishes resulted in minor casualties for both sides. Vietnam and Manchu joined the war and similarly had easy early advances.

Empire of Japan: 1 Divisions, 6 Light Vessel Groups
Britain: 1 Division, 3 Light Vessel Groups
