Very well, I will encourage Brazil to accept this generous offer.

OOC: Orders sent. It was this Saturday wasnt it...? otherwise im a week early

Could Russia please respond?

I don't believe theres any IC in that area, you wouldn't build it there and Finland would have built anything closer to their old capital

There's a lot of gold mines that I invested in there.

I can't send orders without stats; if Germany and Russia get out (I haven't ironed out Finland's details with Russia yet), just keep my spending categories the same and NPC me please (1 IC needs to go to Quebec, FSOS probably needs to be improvement and checked for "flaws").

NPC me please, no time left, as i have to leave now.

Update 15
Year 1920

il23wm7.png

Europe:

FRANCE MASS PRODUCES TANKS: Paris, France: Being the first nation in the world to deploy these machines, Napoleon ordered one hundred of them this year for the expansion of his armed forces. Training exercises with them show trenches to be obsolete for his troops.

ROADS SPARK ECONOMIC BOOM: Madrid, Spain: Government spending on expanding, paving and planning road systems in Spain over the last few years have finally shown success. With a larger post war automobile market flooding Europe, Spain is the only nation ready to take the weight. Improving shipping around the country and travel times significantly. (+2 Private Enterprise Spain)

ANTI-HUNGARIAN PROPAGANDA IN GERMANY: Munich, Germany: The streets arte filled with fliers and newspapers all demonizing the Hungarian people. They are all threats to the fatherland, says many articles. Main people have taken the hype to heart and joined the German reserves.

HUNGARY FIGHTS ON: Budapest, Hungary: More young men grab weapons and dig in preparing to fight the Germans and Romanians. Word of German atrocities to cities within their occupied territory frighten many. Civilians murdered and shipped off to forced labor in Germany are just a few of the rumors circulating. Things did look up in late May when a Romanian offensive failed to break the lines, however, the German army, reinforced to 250,000 men. Was just to much to hold off. Accompanied by the expanded Luftwaffe the trenches stood no chance. By October Hungary had fallen. Some 16,000 Hungarians tried to make a last stand in Budapest, but they were killed in the Siege of Budapest from September 2nd- October 5th.

CASUALTY LIST:
German Empire: 43,670 Infantry, 19 Artillery Pieces, 1 Fighter
Romania: 17,340 Infantry, 2,322 Cavalry, 8 Artillery Pieces
Hungary: 42,789 Infantry, 42 Artillery Pieces, 59,100 Militia

ROMANIA CEASES CONTACT WITH HELLENIC REPUBLIC: Bucharest, Romania: The government of Romania has ceased relations with the Hellenic Republic and begun building a line of fortifications along the border. Some wonder if the Romanian government is paranoid of losing a war, especially after the losses against Hungary.

PORTUGAL’S BELOVED DICTATOR DIES: Lisbon, Portugal: Reports come that in the early hours of March 19th, Manuel de Arriaga, the leader of Portugal and sole responsible person for the modernization of the country, has died. He has been replaced by his second in command, General Gomes da Costa. Who immediately commissioned a new battleship named in Arriaga’s honor. (-3 Dissent)

NO DECISION ON SWEDEN: Stockholm, Swede: Russia and Germany continue to talk with the Swedish parliament over the future of the state. No plan has been set into motion.

PROTESTORS MARCH ON MOSCOW: Moscow, Russian Empire: The riots from 1919 are pale in comparison to those of 1920. A large scale march on Moscow, demanding problems be fixed and the immediate withdrawal from Sweden. Several thousand soldiers sent to put off such protests and joined in with them. Seeing the ferocious look in the peoples eyes would scare me to. (+Dissent)

Americas:

JOHNSON WINS REELECTION: Washington DC, USA: President Hiram Johnson has won reelection for the progressive party. Adopting a new isolationist platform and vowing to keep America out of foreign wars and alliances.

ALLIANCE OF LATINO STATES: Mexico City, Mexico: It had been building for a while, and with the cooperation of Zulia and Columbia in keeping communists out and protecting their own oil interests. Mexico has signed a defensive alliance with Columbia and Zulia, added to the puppet state of Cuba. Forming a strong bloc in South America.

WAR ENDS IN SOUTH AMERICA: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil: Peace finally. After last years successful offensive by the Brazilian army, peace has been signed. Though many question if the Europeans had left them at war on purpose. Britain sent a formal apology to Plate about withdrawing as things returned to status quo.

Africa/Middle East:

MORE OIL IN ARABIA: Damascus, Islamic Caliph: After years of drilling with new technology funded by Europeans, the Caliph have discovered a large oil field in old Hashemite territory. Immediately boosting oil sales to Britain. (+2 Private Enterprise Caliph)

Asia:

INDIA COUPS BHUTAN AND NEPAL: New Delhi, India: Forcing the monarchy out and replacing the governments with more friendly socialist ones. Without troops the regions have been fairly easy to subdue.

BRITISH CONTINUE CAMPAIGN: Sydney, Australia: The British alliance, now able to focus full attention to the war in the Pacific, have gained many more troops from La Plate and South Africa. Allowing some early successes in Indonesia and Burma. As the war at sea went well enough, the war on land turned sourer. Japan brought onto the battlefield their own versions of the French tank. Easily causing retreat among the British soldiers and gaining back control of landing sites in Indonesia and making strong attacks in Burma. With new Asian fighter planes keeping the new bombers of Britain from causing damage to the tanks the war may be on the close.

CASUALTY LIST:
Britain: 36,780 Infantry, 22 Artillery Pieces, 4,300 Militia, 1 Battleship, 2 Escorts, 12 Light Vessels, 16 Fighters, 3 Bombers
Plate: 9,700 Infantry, 2 Light Vessel Groups
Australasia: 14,020 Infantry, 1,200 Marines, 5 Fighters, 2 Bombers
South Africa: 1,200 Infantry

Vietnam: 29,000 Infantry, 7 Fighters
Qing China: 19,500 Infantry, 1,000 Mountain, 9 Fighters, 6 Light-Combat, 3 Recon
