Depends when they declare war. Considering that Kaz and Cav haven't even found our land borders yet, I doubt they could throw anything meaningful at us in the next 30 turns, especially with the pitiful MFG they all have (we have 49 MFG in IS and CK. I'm not scared).
If they declare on t120, we should have a very good warning, as by that point we have the bottleneck to our lands settled (actually should have that done by t100 at the latest), so we should have sentries up to watch for roads towards us giving us a good amount of warning.
Our problem is that we need to hold the bottleneck, so that we only need to keep all of our units in one place (and get optics quickly so we can flood the seas so Cavs can't boat us with Carracks).
I doubt we would get 3v1'd in an early war though, if all of our opponents are competent (OK, that seems to be a big ask atm...). MS know that if they do that they will get crushed later on because they have expanded so badly, so they would have to outright refuse to go to war with us (they probably couldn't really add much to the war effort anyway). Kaz are set up to research and just about deal with barbs (only have chariots, no metal yet), they aren't really capable of building a stack. Cav are probably 20 turns from our bottleneck city, in which case they would have to build a road to us (after getting Angle razed, we need a sentry on the hills to the west of that city to watch for such a road). So any stack they send at us we would have up to 20 turns of growth to deal with. With enough HA, Eles and cats, we can use flanking damage to destroy any incoming siege and wipe out some pretty big stacks with minimal losses.
So let's look at it the other way: Why can't we find Kaz and beat the snot out of them so they can't tech, if we could have such a strong army? Simply put we have no idea where they are, and they could be researching fuedalism; any damage that we could do to them (and we could weaken them back down to MS levels, even if they did have fued) would not afect Cavs growth, and they could grow larger and wreak havok on us later on. We would really need a stack of 15-20 HA to take them out, and even if we had HBR and archery now, it would take about 15-17 turns to get that sort of stack out of IS and CK.
So I'm not worried about an early 3v1 war, I'm more worried about them out teching us. We do need to be keeping an eye out for power increases though, and be ready at a moments notice to change our plans. When we have found Saturn and sorted that out, then we may need to alter our plans to become more warlike if need be.
