I mean, I'm the first to decry high post counts, but maybe 20 posts per day, total, is too low.

Why would people do this voluntary? I can see the potential as a horrific form of torture but that's pretty much it.

Well, I cannot do your posting for you, which might explain a lot. As I said, I'm instituting flake moderation so as to keep tabs on repeat offenders.

Do you think it'd work better if I started with a larger number of players, if possible?

I remember when I would subtly compete to be the person with the most posts in a game. Back in the olden times. Even then it wasnt crazy, it was good.
