I'd make one of myself, but I don't have a clue on Magic: The Gathering or it's rules.

I think his problem is that other people don't have a grip on the rules, not that he can't make cards for everyone.

Not to mention he's more focused on creating a proper cardset rather than something fun like Unglued.
