Nice additions, but I thought that all letters are savegame compatible while the numbers are for non-compatibility?

Then fix the Ruthless AI bug of breaking off Open Borders/Embassies too aggressively and have negative diplo hits on me. If you do that, then I won't complain.

-Surround and Destroy mod still isn't showing the correct statement in the combat odds panel (it still shows up as TXT_KEY_etc)
1.) It's subtracting anger. It's how that feature works, and it was never meant to be used as a positive modifier like I have done. I looked at moving the positive to happiness, but it would be a ton of work...

Can someone explain the resource game mechanics? My situation is that I have 2 and are importing 1 sulphur, but yet my total is -1. How can that be? I'm not exporting any.
Afforess 2 questions, isn't the patch ready? Your to do list says so.
Also, will the new patch fix the culturally linked starts, so they work?
I'm testing it. It will be out Friday, if all goes smoothly. I don't want to accidental add more bugs (I already caught a critical one...)
