And from here (http://www.nrk.no/nyheter/verden/1.8110855) we can also learn that the construction projects in Mecca has led to the gradual leveling of the five hills surrounding the city. They've also teared down an Ottoman temple from 1781, the home of one of Mohammad's wives was turned into a huge public toilet complex, and even Mohammad's home has been destroyed earlier!

I'm beginning to realise that I might live long enough to see the day when they'll start selling guided tours through Mecca for non-Muslims!

These are the guys who purposely desecrated the tombs, mosques, libraries and homes of the Prophet, the Prophet's family and the Prophet's companions as a matter of religious duty. I'm actually surprised that they let that Ottoman structure survive for so long, considering what Wahhabis think of the Ottoman Empire. It is an unofficial state policy to systematic obliterate all traces of early Islamic history, because for Wahhabis, if they are left to exist then they will become objects for idolatry.

If Mammon wins, it's only in a twisted alliance with the God of the Wahhabis.

It's something like this I imagine would happen if Evangelicals came to power i America. I suspect they would want to erase all history about every other Christianity and pretend that their belief has always been there since the start.
