• adds a new Roads layer to show road and rail networks
• changes open empire borders to dashed lines
• fixes Missionary target highlighting on the Religion lens

yes, that is the new Roads layer described in the update notes

btw i’m preparing a hotfix for the Roads layer because it’s visible on tiles that you haven’t revealed yet. i’ll have it out later tonight or tomorrow.
