This nation would have full rights to trade with all other nations in the Commonwealth of the Carribean, that being the Aztecs and the Kingdom of Carribea.We would grant them a loan to get started, of course.

I've changed how religious conversion is a bit. Remember: this is solely for the inner workings to be recorded in case I forget them and won't add much complexity on your part.
When converting to a new state faith, every province not of that faith gains +20% RR for the turn. Every province that doesn't revolt has a 20% chance of converting to the new state faith. This will not be applied retroactively.

Deseret is now capable of guarantees and defensive pacts(Army 5) and full alliances(army 6).

Taoism has been rejected by the nation of Deseret. The province of Utah will return to paganism. However, Taoism has been militarised and appropriated by the other North American militaristic power - the Aztec Empire. Liberally re-interpreting the faith as the ends justify the means, that violence will pave the road to peace, and that violence and non-violence too, are part of the harmonious order of society, Tenochtitlan has been easily swept by the faith instead.

The Aztecs are more similar culturally to Deseret, being that both are militaristic.
Plus it seems like a very political move the Aztecs would do - give shelter to the faith that their natural enemies the Deseretians rejected.

The Middle East and surrounding regions are a mess, with two gigantic wars being fought - the Persian Succession War and the Yemeni Revolt in Axum.
Axum recruits 4 more armies, bringing its total forces up to 10 units. If it succeeds in its offensive, it will crush the revolt, if it fails, the consequences will be dire.

Axum won only 4 of 10 battles. The rebels, with their spare 6 armies, are able to crush Axum, seizing 2 net provinces. 12 of Axum's 41 provinces are under their control.

Persia, with a net of only 10 income, recruits two armies. Persia sends all 7 forces against Hedjaz as per its lord Astrakhan's orders; Astrakhan will protect Persia.
