A villain of British history - famous for tearing down the monarchy, only to reestablish it in all but name.
Try to manage the unhappiness of your rebellious population - on the brink of falling into civil war once again,
But keep them under control for large payoffs of production and culture.

FEEDBACK AREAS
- Balance:the ability is quite extreme. It can be both very punishing and very powerful. Any feedback on how challenging or overpowered it is would be really valuable, and I'm looking to update this based on responses.
- My advice: Though the payoffs are City-centric, Towns are vital for playing Cromwell. The gold maintenance on citizens can be really punishing, so having high-production mining towns to keep your economy afloat is key.
- Leader Colour: Cromwell's colour scheme is a dark grey and white. This can look quite similar to Independent Powers. I find the grey easy to differentiate from the pitch black of IPs, but you might not. Please let me know if it's too confusing and I can look at taking a lighter colour.
