A suggestion - now that most fortified improvements allow melee units to attack out of them without moving if they get a kill, perhaps this could also be applied to the Dun Cinneadh?

Yes, you are right, we talked about it with @Hinin, eliminating the possibility of construction outside the boundaries that the AI does not use and which is problematic and can be replaced with what you propose.
+7% Production towards Units in all Cities instead of +5%
UA gives now Recon and Skirmisher Units gain the Highlanders promotion
Schiltron nerfed, 21 CS (was 22), lost Drill promotion but the Production Cost is lower (155 vs 175 )
Birlinn can be built at Chivalry (was Physics), Island Raider loses Ignore ZOC and is lost upon upgrade, but gains bonus attack against land units ; production cost of the unit increased slightly
Dun Cinneadh starts with +1/+1 (was +1), gains no follow up, losts "no longer cuts forests and jungles"
Dun Cinneadh now uses dll to claim resources and tile unstead of lua and works fine .
Scotland have Tundra priority instead of Start Along Ocean
As usual, many thanks to @gwennog for the joint work and the fruitful exchange of ideas.

I haven't tested this mod with VP4.18.4 yet and @jarcast2 reported an issue. I was waiting for a VP compatible version of MWfVP to switch to and test my mods. I just saw it today, long live @adan_eslavo
