More elite MA are healing in Airport-1 and there's a dozen or so vet MA in Nanking (airlift target). We have 9 Armies in the field some Tank, some MA and some mixed MA/MI
We're making ~1100gpt so I've been spending on Markets mainly - as we've a full set of luxes - to minimise the WW. I've left this turns spending for the next player, again to maximize choice.
