[BTS] Middle-earth Mod 0.4.1

I think officially it is still in Alpha, as Topsecret said it would be in Beta on the next release at the end of July, and that hasn't happened yet.

Highly likely... If I finish all my papers early, I might be able to pull something off in November.
 
Finals finish today. Updates could come out as early as two weeks from tomorrow. (No promises though ;) )

The next update will be and has been a large amount of work. Take a look at the new features planned. Also note the new icon I found for our thread. :D

New Features Added Currently Implemented:
  • 7 new values + 7 "missionary" units
  • 1 new civilization (1 new UU and UB)
  • 3 new buildings
  • 1 new wonder
  • ~20 new technologies
  • 6 new promotions
  • 11 new civics
Current Plans:
  • 2 new "generic" units (any civ can build them)
  • 9 more wonders
  • 7 Value buildings
  • 7 Guilds (Corporations) + 7 Guild Units + 7 Buildings
  • 3-4 new resources
  • Perhaps a special surprise. We will see.
Projected Release Date: Friday, December 21st

Back-up Release Date: Friday, January 11th

Hi. I downloaded 0.3, but the only files I see updated (12-21-18) in Peazip are the log and credits. All other files and folders show dates from older versions.
 
Can you borrow fall from heaven units for dwarf cavalry? They will match better I think.

That's how Windows works: load up the Mod. If you see Umbar and Values, you have the latest version. I am reasonably confident I uploaded the latest version.
 
Can you borrow fall from heaven units for dwarf cavalry? They will match better I think.
I can take a look at them later.

Maybe if its easier to just replace mount with mountain goat or boar your rider models are good
