Chapter 1
When the peoples of Eastern Asia first formed organized social structures the stage was set for a much larger step forward, empire. . . . Many cities and peoples settled and soon became major powers in their regions. Among the first to emerge were the Russian Tribes. They had migrated a century earlier from Europe. The next to appear was the Empire of the Peninsula. It grew from a small city state to a large nation encompassing the Korean Peninsula. Next came the Kingdom of Ivoia. It was formed by migrants from the Hellenistic Kingdoms of Greece. The Kingdom of Malaysia was soon formed as well. It was a sea Kingdom that received much of its income and food from the sea. The Muslim tribes of Indonesia soon followed. They too depended on the sea. Trade soon passed between Malaysia and the Sultanate of Aech regularly. The Japanese, who had had cities for at least a century, and who already had a rich cultural history banded together to form the Kingdom of Kyoto. They joined the ranks of the sea traders. A short lived kingdom based in Tibet rose to power here as well, however, it collapsed soon after its birth. A great war leader succeeded in reunifying Old Tibet and conquered many new lands. Save Ferris named his empire New Tibet, and described it as a phoenix rising from the ashes of the old. The Tribes of Greater Siam, or Greater Siam as it is now commonly referred to, banded together to combat some Vietnamese raiders, but when the raiders had been repulsed they decided that they like the power the union gave them, and formed a more permanent nation with a monarch in charge. His name was Lord Nwahs the Sixth. Kalinga was the first nation to emerge on the Indian subcontinent. It also became a major trade partner with Greater Siam. The northern Chinese peoples of Manchuria banded together soon after. The tribes of the Philippines followed the example of Greater Siam and banded together, putting Emperor Momo in charge. The Koryo-Honshu Nation was formed from native tribes fleeing the wrath of imperialist powers on the Korean peninsula and in Japan soon afterwards. The following chapters will provide a more in depth analysis of the development of each nation. . . .
