Ok make Version 1.1 update: Wembley and Three Gorges Dam are available for Brazil too, so all civs can reach their HV goals now !
This is a compromise until a better solution is found. Renaming the disputed world wonders to Maracana and The Great Dam would be possible but also not really satisfying.

I must ask why is building Wembley and the Three Gorges Damn required for the Brazilian UHV? I'll admit I somewhat understand Wembley(Brazil is soccer crazy and this reflects that) but the dam just seems out of place IMO.

What about the Temple of Solomon? Who can build it?
The temple gets built in Jerusalem in 1200BC ( barbs.py - line 313pp).No changes here!
Renaming Wembley and Three Gorges Dam into Maracana and Itaipu Dam are great proposals but anyway the modmod still would have exceptions (i.e. Statue of Liberty). So I prefer for now to let the two wonders open in each case for two civs. But maybe later i will get back to this.

It can't be built by human player, it will be built automatically if Jerusalem is not razed until 1200BC.
The wonders the goal is referring to are directly mentioned in the goal title.

This modcomps aim is actually to make it most deterministic which civilization build a specific wonder. But I'm interested how you would implement such 50 percent discount for "native" wonders for a specific civilization.
