Id suggest just accepting them, they just encorage trade and improve relations, dont really do anything negative but i am planning to take it out
 
Here is the 1914 scenario, you know what starts tomorrow so this is as far as i can take the scenario for the time being, im just sorry i couldnt get more of it done so good luck!! :goodjob:

Thought it started monday? It is 8 im pretty sure, since when i made a trip to London ayear and a half back i remember it being 8, unless that was on the way home from Prague....

either way 2 quick questions
1) Tech wise...hmm nevermind now that i look at it you did techs so i dont have to worry:D haha good since im bad at those.
2)Did you complete improvements for the most part? I cant find a place that isnt done and wondering if i should.
Just curious where you kind of finished, what was the last hting you did so i can continue from there

It got delayed while wednesday
east coast is 4 and west coast is 8 so your more likely to be 6 hours in chicago.

1. Actually bad news i only started doing the tech, done it for only 5 civs or so but you could just use copy and paste in notepad so shouldnt be too bad just use germany as civs with most tech and edit accordingly.
2.i connected all cities and resources and added the improvements for the resourses(as far as i know) but i havent done any other improvements E.G towns or farms etc as i dont do them in my scenarios so if you want them on yours then you will need to do them.
So to do is
-add units
-finish off techs
-made a start on buildings but 90% still to do
-add any extra improvements you may want to add
-civs gold per turn will need balancing out after adding units and buildings.

Alright sounds good, any help on the techs? like where most civs were and who was behind/ahead?

top - uk, france and germany
2 - usa, italy, austro hungry,
3. uk vassels, japan, rest of europe excluding:
4. denmark, norway, sweden, belgium
5. russia
6. ottomans
7. rest of the americas
these should have next to nothing above known tech, give china atleast a few
8. china
9.afganistan, siam, minor nations
nothing more than known tech
10.ethiopia
 
I will give some basic ones for diplomacy too
-USA, china and russia - hate japan
-japan and uk should be on good terms
-usa and uk should be on good terms but nothing compaired to ww2 standard
-uk and france allies but not best friends
-uk and russia still competing with each other but moves have be made to sort out differents and relations improving
-ottoman hate russia
- make countries that fought with each other in ww1 atleast on decent terms.
-china doesnt like any western countries
-afganistan and uk dont like each other

Alright thanks, tech wise i need to definatly give every1 atleast rifles, since that tech should be given freely, since it enables the first unit. Also wouldn't electricity be know around most of the world by then?

I tend to work out techs by what units they can make using them rather than what they are. thats how i did germans tech and im pretty sure i got it right. For example if theres a tech which is something they had in 1914 but it means you can build a tank then i wouldnt add it as tanks wasnt invented until 1916

you did get techs pretty right for germany by the looks of it, thats how i base mine usually as well. Also what about vasels? Im assuming Canada, Australia, NZ to UK, and philipines to US, beside that anything else? Cubas independent correct? And tibet and mongolia independent russian or chinese?

Im assuming relations between china, and tibet/mong is bad? since they declared independence and cant imagine china was happy, but between tibet and mongolia was it good? since they both declared independence on same country?
