Most ignorant(and funny) statements you have ever heard

EDIT: That reminds me of a certain poster on this forum, who will remain unnamed, who essentially said that I was equal in evil to the Khmer Rouge for being a Socialist. I've never been so angry, insulted, confused, and saddened at the same time before.

Well, that belongs in this thread. ;)

They have planes? Good Gods! We're doomed, I say! DOOMED!

EDIT: I just saw this on the Daily Show: a commentator was talking about new modern day tea parties, and throwing tea bags into the water to send them to DC as a kind of populist uprising. His line? "They are teabagging the White House!"
Where did that awesome quote about Indonesia come from?

I must admit a certain fondness to a quote from a daily talk show host in Indonesia:

Electoral Official: The Electoral Commission is determined to stop people stuffing the ballot boxes, we intend to make it harder to do, we will clamp down on them!
Talk Show Host: Why wouldn't you want to stuff ballot boxes? Isn't that the point?

That isn't quite how it went but I had to translate it to be funny. In any case I still managed to keep the irony.

In Geography today, from our teacher -

"This video shows how rubbish the Bush administration was when he was Prime Minister."

Well, if she meant of Britain she was pretty close to correct. After all, Blair did bend over for him in much the same way our little Johnny did.

What video was it, and why were you watching a video on the Bush administration in Geography? And biased teacher much?

'it was called the mean-o-tower cause it was tall and mean'

it took me a few seconds to understand this one

I am afraid I don't...would you explain?
Spoiler :
Unless this some really strange pronounciation of man-o-war, which I doubt.

Yeah, as I said it took me a while, although I heard it (and you only read it).

She indeed meant the Minotaur. btw: around 25, straight A-levels. I wonder what they teach in her courses

You're not seriously claiming that it wasn't tall and mean are you?

Pretty much anything concerning YEC, the coming apocalypse, biblical literalism, and the gold standard.

I've heard them enough that they are just boring.

It's from the link above my post, I think. Unless the link was changed.
Don't remember actually seeing a link, which is why I asked, but thanks.
