In consideration for cleaning up the mess left after a Vehemens Olympia event, we of Mandatum are willing to send workers at one of our bases to serve as janitors. We suggest nations considering joining our event to send janitors as well. We suggest the janitors be trained in the art of Mario Bros 2 style platforming, bullet dodging, blade dodging and other forms of self-protection. We suggest full insurance for the janitors and a good global trade union not connected to Mandatum to protect their interests.

We say “good luck” to anyone trying to search for our bases. We have nothing against the Formatting Crew but their fear of us gives us victory.

We also request that if Max does not desire to host the first Vehemens Olympia we can also ask Madagascar, the Dukedom, Greater Georgia, Scotland, Mann’s land, Mainland Japan, NOD’s territory or Sudan if they fancy hosting the event.

Publicly we of Mandatum offer a smuggling pact to any nation or NGO (including companies) willing to see things from our point of view to see that we are not the destroyers the Empire of China claims us to be.

Hey Tani, I had an idea regarding the increase and decrease of stock values. We can make it based on how much great powers spend where, so to make it more realistic and dynamic. We take the total revenue of all great powers, the companies' main sellers, and get the percentages of where income was spent relative to the companies' services. For example, this turn sees a lot of people spending most of their revenue on Industrial tech. Add up what everyone is spending on industrial and get the percentage of it compared to the total revenue. It's probably around 80%. So that stock should receive a major increase; I figure increases should be by the top 50% percentages of the total revenue. Stocks would stay stagnant if they are the 30% below that, and decrease if they are in the bottom 20%. To keep things moving, let's say nothing can decrease less than 5 for now. I'd also be happy to do all the math myself. All you'd need to do is send everyone's private spending plan, but not who they are.

Policy Change

With a vote of 14 to 9, with one vote unaccounted for, the stockholders of the Bank of England have voted in favor of shifting from a dividend policy to a maximize stock worth policy. This means that profits will be go into reserves and increasing BoE operational worth instead of paying out dividends, which will go a long way toward increasing stock worth.

Adds realism, but means I have even more to keep track of. Thanks for the offer, but I dunno if this is prudent at this point. :p

That said, I will probably factor in purchases of a stock on a turn into its upward movement.

Stay the heck out of Somalia. We are a free people, we accept no "Police" except those among our people that we voluntarily accept. No state, no wars, no international organizations.

Somalia formally withdraws from the UN if it is not already.

In addition, Somalia accepts Jehoshua's offer for free trade, and offers similar to every nation on the planet.

To the represenatives of Somalia.

We of Mandatum are observant of your rejection of the imperial UN. We are intrested in setting a smuggling pact with you as a sign of our plessure in your decision to reject that which strangles nations. This pact will allow our "buisness" to be conducted in your nation without fear of interuption. We of Mandatum are enemies of oppression. In relative news we also suggest you support the Vehemens Olympia to allow the people to gain their entertainment.

Consider this well.

Hector Murray.

China will not accept trade with Somalia, unless they reject the Terrorist's offers.

We of Mandatum note that the Chinese Empire is known for its aggression towards other Chinese states, especilly the Uninion. Keep this in mind when they start defining what the word "terrorist" means.

How would smuggling even work when there aren't any tarriffs to avoid?

Heck, setting up a 'smuggling pact' with a country is basically asking to be allowed to not pay money for nothing!

As a organisation of the shadows we like the Black Market. Hence we like to set smuggling pacts. It sounds cooler then trade pacts.

Sorry, Somalia accepts free trade with all. We do not distinguish between "States" and "Terrorists" they are all the same in our eyes. There are free people, and there are slaves. Slaves are those who live under the umbrella of the imperialist concept called a "State."

What are terrorists, except those who seek to free themselves from the Imperialist nature of the state and the UN? They are right to oppose the concept of slavery.

That said, we do not take sides between terrorists and states. Both are criminals, of sorts, and we will treat both equally in any international dealings. Trade with all, alliances with none.

Over the protests of spokesperson Ron Paul (Who, honestly, is still a bit committed to an out-of-date minarchy rather than embracing the full freedom of anarchy) We accept the "Terrorists" trade offer, and still offer a similar offer to China. . While vocally disagreeing with the position, Dr. Ron Paul has announced it in accordance with his duties.

We shall embargo Somalia (we all begin with trade) and next year we may consider a blockade.

Catalonia dun wan trade wit da meaniez who protect da meaniez who wanna steal our mooniez. We are embargoing Somalia
