Generalissimo Bowser has the largest army in the world and has plans to make it even bigger. He also desires South America to stay out of this mess, and has issued requests to both the Blood Empire and Namibia to keep their bickering off the continent. This war should be settled in Africa, not South America.

Seeing that the Spammers, the most loyal allies of Romnesia, have abandoned him, we cannot help but assume Romney contacted the Spammers on the matter personally. Thus, we see reason to believe Spamingrad has legitimate grievances, and give our full support to the Pope’s request of an embargo.

Brazil sees Romnesia as being about as trustworthy as Kor, and declares an emargo.

Finland is firmly committed to believing Romnesia intends to disrupt peace and spread war to our continent as well as his own. PM Prower is declaring an embargo on Romnesian goods.

Peru feels the Papal sphere’s logic is sound; it declares an embargo. Even we aren’t as aggressive as Romnesia, and we have quick tempers!

The whole event had got Abelson thinking of following Nicolas Gell to monstery not in exile but in escape from the sadness but Abelson's sence of duty to the Emperor of Man overridden that. He will gain his reward under the Emperor's will. Perhapes the Barony of Rushan, runned under the Emperor's behalf since Lonan Nelson and his family were still missing, might be granted to the Cheif Imperial Advisor. The title of a barony might be lesser to the title of a lord mayor of a city and the province it was capital of but Rushan was a politically symbolic part of the Isle of Man and it would prove grand to run such a great part of the imperial realm.

IC: The UKNZ agrees with Australia's analysis that Namibia lacks such weapons, and have long considered such claims a desperate bluff to increase thier standing. We are saddened however that the cycle of war and distrust still continues in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and America, in spite of what had seemed to be a trend towards peace in recent years. We remain happy to live in the east, where disputes are solved through words and trades rather than fire and weapons.

In the meantime, the year is a good one for royal marriages. Not only is the Princess Elizabeth finally of age to complete the long-awaited union with Prince Denel, but another agreement has been formed elsewhere. The Prince Edward shall thus be Marrying Princess Ariel of the Blood Empire, and we are certain that our nations shall continue their warm relations. We reinstate to the world however that this does not mean we shall become involved with the wars and conflicts of the afore-mentioned countries.

I am sorry for lying. The message I sent to the Spammers was a load of propaganda, intended to cause them to favor the Pope less. I believe that the Pope uses Catholics as a tool to his evil ways, and as such I do not like him. I do not hate Catholics - I respect all men (and women..).

Most of what we said was speculation and attemping to tarnish the Papal image. 'Twas difficult, the Pope having a bevy of whores at his disposal and such, I couldn't find much to make him look worse.

The Blood Empire agrees with the Costa Rice directives and will endeavour to keep the fighting out of South America. We will be trying to make peace as soon as Namibia agrees to a reasonable peace treaty.

Knowing that you have cut all ties with Romnesia, we would be happy to continue to assist you in the war. However, we would only be able to give you economic aid due to the recent developments with Romnesia. We would be glad to discuss any transportation of goods or money to your nation, please give us a call.

Even economic aid is welcomed, most of all just knowing that your influence and opinion falls on our side is enough. We will contact you privately to organise whatever you wish to give to the war effort.

We shall never make peace with you! Never, never, never, never, never, never!!!!!!! We shall kick you out of Africa, and then, if you refuse to make peace, we will come to America. You shall make peace under our terms.

But, if you truly want peace, you can always leave Africa and pay us for the damage you done.

As for the Spammers, once we finish in Africa, we shall come, destroy your army, disarm you and arrest your leaders and put them on trial. You have made a huge mistake by declaring war on Namibia.

We shall come to the Holy Land itself, once we finish in Africa, if you do not make peace.

Refuse to make peace? We offer peace now, and would of course still be offering peace IF you managed to defend your homeland. It is only you that is prolonging the blood shed. What next? Will you begin training child soldiers and encourage resistance everywhere?

As to your offer to leave Africa and pay you... well you can hear the laughter I am sure. Why would we give you money and retreat from your land when YOU DECLARED WAR UPON US. If the roles were reversed then we would agree with your offer, as the aggressor should be the one paying repartitions. Thus, as a wise and benevolent country, the Blood Empire would be willing to sign peace and transfer control of your land back to you in exchange for 40g per province. (We currently have 10 of your provinces) That should cover the cost of resources we put into the war with extra added for the mental anguish of being declared upon so suddenly by the vile and evil Namibian state. We would of course also require a NAP signed off and witnessed by the Papacy who we trust would hold you to your word just as religiously as they now hold Romney for breaking his word.

As for after the war, unlike yourselves we would be happy to live in peace and harmony and would never think to promise ruin and bloodshed upon anyone else.
