I think it would be pretty hard for the United Kingdom of the Netherlands and Scotland to coup 3 nations with 5 spies...

Il Papa is displeased by this turn of events. Deutschland and Bayern and London would be understandable, but Iberia and France going as well is quite unreasonable one would think. Either way, I suppose the Papal States does have a DP with the United Kingdom and otherwise has good relations, so I suppose papal displeasure shall find a more constructive outlet.

10 navies take up position tear Ormuz’s 3 fleets apart. The Ormuz Navy destroys one Adeni fleet.
5 more navies land 5 armies on Ormuz. The single army of the state puts up a fight but is blown away before it can even kill one of the Adeni divisions.
The government surrenders, knowing that the most prosperous country on Earth has just been completely demolished on the battlefield and has not the resources or diplomacy to fight back.
President Dennis resigns the office and flees the country. His successor immediately passes a bill surrendering the country to Negan and acknowledging his new leadership. As Adeni soldiers cut down all Ormuz flags and hoist the Aden standard in their places, Dennis’ last letter to the public is read aloud:
“God save Ormuz.”
Negan, being the considerate man he is, issues his own announcement to his new citizens:
“Where’s your God now?”
Of the Ormuz trade fleet, 100 goes to Aden. 133 disperses among neighboring nations.

Oh Im sure it was a ball-roll effect. one nation went so political forces in certain other countries in Europe took the opportunity to bandwagon. At any rate as I said, the Holy See would be better served transposing its indignation into a more constructive area, and indeed we have just the something in mind.

The bloody Namib-Sanguine War has ended at last. With the collapse of the Blood Empires government and its replacement by a shaky democracy, the state now finds itself as an ally and client of the victorious Namibians. The costs of the war are great however; the Namib economy has contracted severely due to having geared so many of its resources towards the previous years offensive.
Adens Negan continues to be vicious and unpredictable, having quickly seized control of Ormuz, placing great strain on the Spammer economy and causing much unrest in said state. In the face of ever increasing international sanctions, Negan and his allies in the ARMS Pact continue to remain unpredictable, with the world watching in fear of who will be struck next.
The Pax Pontifica over Europe has collapsed; five nations have declared loyalty to the Netherscottish King. The Papacy is limited in its ability to act, not wanting to irritate a country that could easily side with ARMS if convenient, and not wanting to worry about two fronts instead of one.
The Finnish Civil War continues with a stalemate, but with the Russian ruler increasingly leaving decisions in the hands of advisors, it is expected that this situation will not last forever.
Costa Rica has purged South America of most non-PATO influences, with coups favorable to the Koopa regime having taken power in Argentina, Chile, and Peru. Costa Rica now leads the world as one of the foremost diplomatic, commercial and military powers, but remains steadfastly neutral as tensions mount between HITSGDP and ARMS.
The HITSGDP remains strong, but a widespread seizure of its client states has reduced its global share to 46% of GDP.

Firstly, we would like to ask our allies of the ARMS Treaty if they would accept Netherscottish entrance into the alliance. We have talked it over; they will join if you let them.

-The economies of the nations are roughly equal, negating any possible advantages.
-Aden has a much larger resource base than the Spammers, meaning it could quickly gain an economic advantage once a blockade was put into effect.
-If the Spammers attack they will attack alone, given that it would be an act of aggression.
This is not really an act of aggression on Aden's part, just an escalation of the already-existing embargo. You cannot expect us to not hurt your economy when you are already strangling ours. Call off your embargo and we shall call off ours.
Aden could always tighten the noose to include the Red Sea as well, if the Spammer government would prefer. This is simple economic warfare: you are crippling our economy, and so we must likewise cripple yours. Leave the HITSGDP with its self-righteous ideology and renounce its fallacious vendetta against the Saviors, and we shall be happy to let our people trade as friends once more.
