New American Revolution
A combination of a coup and revolution have brought the New American government to its knees, it finding itself replaced by the emergency Reform Council. Led by two men, Franklin Lincoln, representing democratic and middle class interests, and Eugene Fitzroy, representing the working class, poor and socialist interests, the Council has already begun rapid reform of the government structure.
However, before such structure will be implemented, an end to hostilities is a must.
The New Americans have declared a desire for honorable surrender, and have given the following terms to the Leth and Syndicates:
-Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey shall be transferred to the Syndicates
-New American residents in the above four territories in shall be deported to New York City, which shall be split from the rest of New York and become a constituent state of New America
-New America will pull back all forces from the Plains, Canada, Pennsylvania, and the United Syndicates of America
-New America will formally discontinue support for any governments in the above states opposed to Syndicalist or Leth forces
-Under its new Constitution, New America will be constitutionally limited to 0.1% of the population in its army and 1% of its population in the navy; these limits may only be lifted during a time of war.
-New America will be unable to declare war without the consent of the Leth and Syndicalist governments
-New America will share a common foreign and economic policy with the Leth and Syndicates, while also granting the latter exclusive investment rights to its territory
-New America formally accepts responsibility for the entire war
-The New American nation-state shall be reformed into the Federal Atlantic Republic, a federal constitutional democracy with a market cooperative economy.
-Investments of the former government foreign and domestic shall be seized and split between Leth and Syndicalist forces; the Leth shall receive a slightly higher proportion to make such even with the Syndicalists’ gains on land
-All New American slaves will be emancipated, and all prisoners exchanged
Denmark and Rhineland confirm that they will also sign peace with the Syndicates and Leth, and end their blockades of Sweden and Finland, should the above agreement be accepted.
We also expect all those who are embargoing us to sell our assets in the country and return the proceeds to us immediately.
