"We had stayed isolationist last turn because of... internal laziness problems deemed to have came from inept males infiltrating our government. Those swine have been dealt with. However, this is beyond the point. What we are saying is that we are now back on the world diplomatic scale, and the state of the world absolutely disgusts us.
Menswine run rampart, brainwashing the superior gender with lies that they are the inferior, and denies women their basic rights. Some nations force us to wear veils, bind ourselves to men's will, and do other horrific thing which may expanded upon later. Even semi-civilized states, such as Renfair, who puts some of their men in their place only do it half-heartedly.
Because of the failure of freedom spreading past our borders, we have decided that we need to step our game up instead with an ultimatum. Mistreat us women, and we will respond as a watchdog. New England is being generous right now; we are simply asking for the world to treat women better, and not advocating for the destruction of the male-centric states like we should be doing. Still, we will back women's rights, no matter if it is as close as Washington or as far away as Canberra.

New England is perplexed and amazed at the enigma known as Renfair. One one hand, you are miles ahead of the rest of the world by having some of your women outright enslave your menswine. This is something we even haven't done yet, and should be applauded. However, you also allow men enslave women. This in turn makes Renfair worse in some aspects. And then you allow men enslaving men, which we find hilarious, and women enslaving women, which makes us baffled.
In all, we find Renfair to be an interesting nation, and we want to open up relations with you. We offer a NAP for the time being

Sigh. What those two fools are trying to say is that there is no mistreatment of women here. Our country has almost the same rights as 2012 Australia, actually with some improvements and 2012 Australia had a female Prime Minister. Do not worry, there is no mistreatment of women here. However, you might want to have a look at what the Empire of the Setting Sun did to the Formatters. I wouldn't be surprised if there was at least one woman who got tortured or brainwashed by their horrible government...

Shogun Shiden sits at his desk high on the top floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The Shogun flips through the paperwork. Noting the atrocities the Yamato Empire has been committing. He then signals his lieutenant to enter.

"Yes I did" Shiden got up from his chair, places his hand on the desk "As you know, the god-emperor has been decrying not to get involved with Japan's sovereignty, yet has no qualms on interfering in our sovereignty. Labeling us as traitors and rebels, showing no mercy to our people who chose not to be forcefully bent to the god-emperor."
"Sir, we do have gained the support from the USSR and the Formatters."
"But we have yet to hear from Taipei and Orobouros. Likely, they're keeping their heads down out of fear of incurring the wrath of the god-emperor. Given the situation into the matter, were going to have to show our neighbor to the north that were not an aggressive neighbor like the Yamato and actually respect their sovereignty."
"If I may" Shiden's Lt nervously says as he holds a pamphlet that was sent back from the Yamato Imperium "The Tenno has rejected our offer of a non-aggression pact and responded that no harm would come to our people so long as we acknowledges the divinity of the Tenno."
"It's not a surprise, they tear up the proposal and go on a propaganda smear spree, yet come to us all smiles with a hidden agenda to force the people of Jinrai to bow to him. Do I force the people in Hokkaido to bow to the Shogun? No the people in the Koreas? no. This god-emperor stands on top of a soap box stating his sovereignty should not be interfered yet is more than willing to forcefully make his neighbors bend to him" Shiden then proceeds to facepalm "Hypocrisy, utter hypocrisy."

Shiden tipped his head in respect for the victims of the persecution committed by the Yamato Imperium, then raises his head and looks at his lieutenant. "Sounds like to me, it's religious persecution. An utter violation of human rights." Shiden then places his hand under his chin "Their claims of Seisen only further proves of his hypocrisy on sovereignty and blatant imperialism. We've built this region up from the powergame catastrophe, yet he comes around like he owns the place as if it belonged to him."

"All I can do right now is erect a monument for the persecuted and hope that all nations denounce the Yamato Imperium of their persecution of our citizens."

The Royal-Imperial Union of Cartogrophers of the Empire of the Horn has announced the creation of a new political map of the Empire of the Horn.
In adittion to this map, the Imperial Public Relations Office has released a statement on the workings of the Areas and Lands.
The Five Lands
The Five Lands, Caluula, Garoowe, Laascaanood, Burco, and Haylaan, are the five original nations that were conquered by Caluula Land to form the Empire of the Horn. The inhabitants of the Lands are considered first class citizens of the Empire of the Horn, and are holders of the rights and responsibilities pursuant of said status. In addition, the Glorious Emperor of the Empire of the Horn of Africa, Hussein Salad Ahmed III, in His Everlasting Wisdom, has been contemplating forming a Senate as an advisory body so that the People of the Empire of the Horn can make their concerns known to Him. In this type of advisory body, the Lands would have greater representation than the Areas.

The Areas of the Empire of the Horn include Berbera, Kebri Dehar, Beledweyne, Dhuusamareeb, and Gaalkacyo. They are areas of the Empire of the Horn that the Glorious Emperor of the Empire of the Horn of Africa, Hussein Salad Ahmed III, in His Everlasting Wisdom, ordered to be pacified so that Peace, Order, and Security could be returned to the now defunct and ancient regions of the Ethiopian and Somalian states. The citizens of the Areas are considered second class citizens, and have signifigantly less rights than the Five Lands. If the Glorious Emperor of the Empire of the Horn of Africa, Hussein Salad Ahmed III, in His Everlasting Wisdom, does indeed decide to form a Senate, the Areas will be represented very lightly.

A Little Sketchy
A little tricky. Treasury is what you have, income is what you're expected to make this turn. You can spend above your treasury, and as long as it doesn't exceed income your net revenue won't be negative. However, since trade status is applied before income is tallied, new embargoes can unexpectedly cut into finances.
Think of it as, treasury is your cash, income is your credit limit.
