Anyway why is that when you here some one saying something in a foreign accent you automaticly connect them to something. case and point germans accent and sounding smart and french people and theifs?

I don't. I connect a French accent with French people and a German accent with German people. :confused:

That's normal. Those are called "stereotypes" and personally, I consider forming them to be a perfectly normal part of the human animal.

Stereotyping via accents? I used to do it to an extent, though I don't think I do it as much now. I could be wrong.

Never happens to me (or at least it's rare). I don't stereotype by accent much (if at all).

french people sound like thieves?
No -> snobbish ppl. :D
Germans -> evil ppl. :goodjob:
British accent -> too funny; sometimes too superior.
American accent -> arrogant
Southern US accent -> porn movie actress :mischief:
Turkish/turkmen -> ppl speaking gibberish :lol:
Chineese -> robots
Magyar -> the most arrogant sounding language i've ever heard
Moldavian accent -> well ... :mischief:
Russian -> COMMIES
Spanish -> soap opera lover :vomit:
Italian -> nice and peacefull ppl :hmm:

Swedish dialects makes me automatically judge people.

Gotländskian> Fat people

Stockholmian > City-folk

Rinkebyan > Criminals

All swedish people -> swedish chef

I like accents, but I don't recall applying stereotypes to much, if you talk more than 2 minutes with the foreigner you'll soon find more obvious differences...

:lol: first time I've heard that a French accent reminds you of thieves...

Snobbish, romantic, pedantic, obnoxious, yes, but thieves?
