I consider the term n00b to be about people who never learn. Which means most n00bs stay n00bs for many years and just because you're new doesn't mean you're a n00b. There's a huge diffrence between newbie and n00b.

As soon as you start using capital letters and punctuation and stop using stupid shortcuts like "u", your arguments, however stupid they may be, at least start looking smart.
