To Minoa
From Scythia

As soon as the Thracians are dealt with, trade will begin.

OOC: I did not mention it in my orders however.
Can you send an addendum? The Thracians should be "dealt with" this turn...

Please? It could be important...

Thank you!!!!

OOC: Yes, short, I know. I was inspired when planning this, but not when writing it.

Words from Minoa

"...and thus the Mother-Goddess created the world. And She imbued her soul in the Queens of Minoa, so that She could watch over her chosen people, and took the King as her consort. And she decreed that Minoa would not go to war from aggression, but would peacefully trade, until all the world was entwined with it."--Book of the Mother, I.12-14

"War? Why would we go to war? It is beneath us. War is the work of others."--Admiral of Minoan navy at the time of the Hittite invasion of Phoenicia

"The world is not conquered through wars. Wars do not make other nations follow you, but makes them hate you. Trade, on the other hand..."--unknown Minoan King

"Trade is a weapon more powerful then the sharpest sword, the strongest warrior. Trade can move the world, defeat armies, destroy nations, all without a drop of blood being shed."-Minoan Merchant

"Just because we are peaceful does not mean we are weak."-unknown

I'm a bit confused... how come akkad is not in the map but it has stats? Did you forget to delete them or is there an error in the map?

TO: His Majesty, the King of Minoa
FROM: Aristides I, Archon Eponymous of the Demarchy of Athens

The Demarchy of Athens, though we have been at odds with the Kingdom of Minoa, wishes to sign an NAP with your nation. Our rivalry shall do us no good when barbarians wish to overthrow the order of our civilized world.

NPC me (Byzantium) for the turn.

I'm sorry for not mentioning this earlier, but please NPC me for this turn as well.

No orders from Athens, Harstad, Sauromatae, Yan, or Zanzibar.

55 minutes to get them in. Pressure's on, folks.

How's the update coming?

A while yet. A lot of work needs to be done this weekend, and other things take higher priority over NESing.

*twiddles thumbs, waits impaitently for update*
