    Yeah, it does have a long history. I think Nicronia is made by Bluemofia, who's a veteran here. And Civfanatica is a nicer name.

    I say dismiss it. Children shouldn't be gambling, but at the same point, gambling should be legal.

    But, any reason why children should not? Also, I think ... it is only one way of legalizing gambling in this game... Saddly...

    Science: Dismiss..

    Also, I like our new region, if anyones actually playing they can move to it.

    Historically there have been about 4 "CFC" regions.. anyone still active can move to our new one.

    Ok, so we stay in this region. Also, I passed issue as legalization of ALL gambling, maybe it is bit corrupt, but... I really not like to dismiss issues at the start of nation development as it moves us nowhere at start, I want to see progress whatever it would be. Later of course we could dismiss any issue if would be stupid or double ones.

    WA Vote Discussion:

    Spoiler :
    Description: The World Assembly Postal Administration (WAPA)

    UNDERSTANDING the need for an independent Postal Authority to serve the needs of the World Assembly;

    RECOGNISING that postage stamps are an excellent method of expressing an organizations goals, aspirations and principles;

    URGES All member nations to recognize and accept all mail originating from the WA Headquarters and WAPA.

    CREATES the World Assembly Postal Administration (WAPA) and mandates it to:
    1) Manage the movement of mail to and from the World Assembly Headquarters by coordinating delivery service with the existing postal authorities of member nations;
    2) Hire staff sufficient to ensure proper operation of the WAPA;
    3) Issue postage stamps as necessary and required for use on mail emanating from the WA to indicate proper prepayment of postal fees;
    4) Set a standard postal rate for all mail emanating from the World Assembly Headquarters;
    5) Contribute all of it's operating profits towards funding World Assembly expenditures.

    Co-Author Knootoss

    The above is the currently at vote GA proposed resolution. I see no reason to oppose it - it's not exactly groundbreaking, but it's a good measure and well-written, which is more than can be said about many proposals. Any objections to a vote in favor?

    This doesn't establish a WA ran postal system, rather it just refers to postage to and from the WA offices.

    "1) Manage the movement of mail to and from the World Assembly Headquarters by coordinating delivery service with the existing postal authorities of member nations;"
