As the sound of heavy fire can be heard a couple miles east in the barely rebel held city while the great Red commander Matt0088 paces inside his HQ tent.

Corps Commander #1: My Armored divisions are now engaging the rebel factions left in the city.
Commander Matt0088: In the south as I said?
Corps Commander #1: Yes sir. Everything is proceeding as planned.
Commander 88: Good, Good... I presume that casulties are so far light.
Corps Commander #1: Yes... in fact only 2 tanks so far have by damaged beyond repair.
Commander 88: Really!... That is good. Do you believe the outflanking manuveur will work? With their atention south toward your divisions, our northern infantry divisions should wrap those rebels nicely. Speaking of our northern infantry, LOWLY ASSITANT!!!
Lowly Assitant: Ye Ye Yes Sir.
Commander 88: What is the current status of Corps Commander #2 and his infantry divisions?!
Lowly Assitant: Well...
Corps Commander #2: There advancing as we speak sir.
Commander 88: Good to see you number 2, good to hear the steady progress. Getting back to what I was saying, what are your thoughts gentlemen on our offensive?

Charles: Hey Hey 0088, don't let that blood pressure of your get up, besides, you can never have enough men, especially my men!
Commander 88: Then, why did your men throw a grenade?!

Commander Charles walks out of the tent grinning from ear to ear.

Corps Commander #1: Sir..., just remember that he lead the first turn of the war admirably.
Commander 88: YES... Yes... Yes, I know, its just that that man is so maddening, ahh...
Corps Commander #2: I believe I will take my leave to oversee my part in this offensive, good day Commander Mat0088, Corps Commander #1.
Corps Commander #1: I will do the same.
Commander Matt0088: Good day men, may victory be at the end of it.

OOC: Yes, I know, it isn't very good(espcially the spelling), but that comes with practice, doesn't it.
 
I wish to express great appreciation for all these stories, and orders too :)

Even though I have no life, I'm not sure when I can update again. I've started this NEB with two other projects ongoing :blush:. I guess it will be Wednesday at the very latest. I'd like to have a couple of updates in this per week, at least.

@Thlayli, unless I am mistaken, you are moving your tanks south so they will leave Lord_Iggy's gunships all alone in their square (except for the repair robots), surrounded by anarchist troopers and rogue battle robots. The official rules state that a unit takes extra damage if attacked while trying to regroup/repair, so it doesn't look good for Lord_Iggy. Perhaps your tanks could stay put instead?

And about the dinosaur/reptiles, your advisors say they are harmless creatures with little chance of being useful as weapons :)

Yes, that is one of the great mysteries of Anarchism! The truth is, Xolniu is an 'inspirational' leader, who leads in a totally voluntary and non-authoritarian / non-disciplinarian way :)

Well, I posted rules about double-moving/evading, where you can move double, but can't fire in the same turn. So the artillery could move the distance, especially along roads and as there are no enemies around.

Hmm, I'd prefer to keep it simple at this point, say that all units have a variety of weapons. If you spend a turn 'digging in', that could count as laying mines etc as well as entrenching.

Well, first off, Daft, I was definitely misquoted. The thing about the landmines wasn't what I said. :p

Secondly, Iggy's given me permission to handle his troop movements this turn. ALL forces are moving south, including those of the gunship wing.

And thirdly, could I please get a response to my diplomacy?

EDIT: I have orders from Neverwonagame, bestshot9, Thlayli/Lord_Iggy, Charles Li and Matt0088. I guess that is enough for an update, although I don't think I'll have time tonight. I'll give you warning if I do start updating. For now, feel free to post more orders :)

Each of the 4 main teams can have multiple players on it, there's nothing stopping you joining any of them, starting with $6 to spend. I was already planning a new faction appearing at B4, apart from that I'd need a good reason to make another new faction…

Ah right OK, its just that I had a rule that 'regrouping' to repair damage takes a full turn, with no movement or shooting allowed. So the gunships won't be able to repair much this turn.

Well, the rules say that regrouping costs 2 actions.

The airship has 6 movement, of which it would only use 1, AND on top of that I have those repair robots. What would they be good for if they couldn't help me repair faster? :p

EDIT: And no problem with the quoting thing. :)

Hmm, I meant that every unit has two 'actions' per turn. Regrouping is two actions, IE the whole turn. Moving counts as one action, no matter how far is moved. The movement rating is just how many squares it can move using one action. EDIT: so units can either regroup/repair, dig in, double move, double attack, or move and attack.

The robots will help, but the gunship can't move and then regroup in the same turn...

I think I need to re-word the rules :o

-Gunship: Regroup. Use supply robots to repair the wing and get them back in the air as fast as possible.

-Missile Launchers: Destroy the H4 anarchist troopers, advance and occupy their square.

-Humvee: Regroup.

-Trooper: With the anarchist commander's transmission stopped, continue to recruit from the local population.

The general looked over the city. It was the last safe spot from the powers that tore the beautiful lands of Soldia. They were scavengers, taking what they wanted from the death of the old order. The war had not come to the north yet, but it was only a matter of time before they were found. Any man, woman or child who managed to make it here were allowed to stay, protected from the anarchists or invaders. Thousands were in the city, under his protection, under his control.
One of the younger men came into the room. He seemed to be of some important.
"Sir," he said, trying his best to sound important. Typical. They all wanted to impress the boss. "Sir, there are rumors of some of the invaders planning to send their armies here. They want to take this port."
"Then where do you think we will we run?" the general responded.
"Umm, I don't know, sir. Where could we go?"
"Nowhere. I am tired of running and hiding, staying behind the lines as war ruins what used to be our glorious empire. We will have to fight." The general saw that the captain was obviously worried. He's never fought a day in his life, much less command. "We have the weapons and soldiers. Arm all who can fight. We will start by taking the airport to the south-east" The captian obviously didn't want to fight, but anyone here would follow the general, even if it meant death.
"Yes sir." he said nervously, leaving the room. The general looked back over the city. We will save Soldia, he thought to himself, Or die trying
 
Orders for the Green Team (Name Forthcoming):

MooseWarrior (hero), the heavy trooper, and the light tank will move to G8 and fire on anarchists in the city if they refuse to join me.
Leave crabs and 1 trooper in defensive perimeter around gold lands.
Trooper from H8 to G8, will help out MooseWarrior.
1 trooper on I8 will double move up to G8.
Trooper on G10 will get in APC (I think) if it is empty, if not he will double move to G8.
APC on G10 will move into city on G7 and unload troops if it has 2, if not it will just move to G8.
All money will be saved for next turn.

I don't want to be a nitpicker, but the AQUA forces are local nationalists. One of their primary leaders is planning a declaration of independence, but not even his fellow generals know that.
