A new Machine Capable of the wireless transmission of moving pictures was demostrated to members of the Royal Institution in London by M. John Barid, a scotish inventor. Baird calls his invetion "Television".
Observers who saw the demonstration said the quality of the images was not as good as that achieved in films, but they noted that the invention is still in its early stages. It could someday turn every home into a motion piture theater, Mr Baird Said.
