German offensive in Ile de Franc fails badly. Soon French (I know I don't control them, but they have to do something here to coutner the allies!) have launched coutneroffensives everytwhere. In Tripolitania, Germans were pushed back to the coast. They've also taken Brest, invaded Normandy and destroying Eastward British Offensive. They've also besieged Antwerpen, and finally took Brussels, under siege from the start of war.

Transylvania Offensive, with new German help, besieged Bucharest. Greek atempted offensive on Bucharest has failed thanks to Germans.

Great Russian General Leonid Chugunski, just got transfered from Chinese front, where other commanders alogn with Natioanlist Chinese grab more and more North Chiens land. Invasion also came from India. A lot of people have actually welcoemd liberation, and a whole lot of land was overrun by Russian molnyenosnaya woyna (Blietzkrieg) and Propoganda Warfare. Soon, Much of Fascist army was in huge pockets, besieged by Russians and Nationalist Chinese. Beijing was and a stripe of land near it was still hjeld by Fascists.

Russian forces were sent to Netherlands, German-French Borders, Russo-Greek Borders in Bakans and Caucasus and to Lybia. Chugunov was sent to Caucasus.

Russian aircraft Carriers in Black sea have sent out over 1000 Bombers to bombard Greek cities. Yes, Russian Double-Headed Eagle was on rampage against Greek Dolphin (or whatever do they have?).

As the first tanks, u-boats and aircraft carriers begin to be completed soon and more are on the way I think it is time to make our first move. As we all know communism is bad I think we should invade the People's Republic of South America (PRSA) and make it change to democracy. After that we will have another ally. What do you think? I also think that we should ally with the South American Confederation for this war. Eventually the whole america would be united and we would be the leading power of the world.

I think that may be a foolish move. The PRSA has a huge army, and could possibly be deadly. Maybe more suitable would be a MPP with the SAC.

Don´t forget that our armies should be upgraded soon and that we have superior technology and we would rule the seas and air. We do not have to start a full scale war, rather make paradrop with special forces in their capital and make them change government. Quebecois,as you my have noticed there is a high military presence in the streets of our cities.This is because the other General and I as Chief of Staff have taken action.Recently Russia has declared War on us.But our stupid party leaders decided even to go in offensive now with more enemies against us.Some high members of the party even rejected the NATO,which will give peace and prosperity to all of us.This was enough.
6 hours ago the Quebecois Army occupied government buildings in Montreal and the province capitals as well as party HQs,telephone centrals and QSS barracks.We met some resistance by these criminals but with one exception it has been crushed.
When we had arrested our dictator my troops and gathered folks called upon me to restore the monarchy as once in the British Empire 100 years ago.I agreed and now officially call me Jules I.But to legitimate my ascendancy I will soon call in a "Loya Dsirga" with representatives from all parts of our great country.It will crown me as King of Quebec and set a new,more democratic constitution into force.We will give more rights to our people,although we will still rely on a government which supervises its citizens.
The one exception I talked about is Manitoba.We did not so much resistance,so our forces were crushed.Meanwhile most of remaining fascist forces have fled there.I call to our NATO allies to accept my new role and our new government and to support me in crushing their forces.
But we are still at war with the Allies.I will be ready to make peace with them as soon as they agree to leave Iceland into independence and to declare it a demilitarized zone.Quebec for its side will leave the Axis Montreal-Paris-Athens.For now the invasion of Iceland is postponed,but not canceled.

Because much of our army is concentrated on the coasts to dedend against Allied invasion and the big cities to uphold order,not many troops are available:the new Quebecois army sends 2 tank and 2 mechanized infantry divisions;this is as much as the QSS has but with the help of NATO we will surely outnumber them

We will send a full aircraft carrier division(newly built) carrying paratroopers. Transport divisions are also on their way carrying 4 tank brigades and 4 infantry brigades. The tank brigades have the new tank desgined by NATO and this will be the first real test for them and the aircraft carriers and subs.

Congress has agreed on making changes to the gevernment type in Alaska. Instead of electing a president, the people will elect a King for a 5 year period. This King has as much power as a dictator during these 5 years but he must follow human rights. The people of Alaska has chosen the popular former president Rex as their new King.

I will grant peace, but not under the terms you have proposed. Here are my own terms:
* For no reason should any of the NATO nations become a Facist, and Facist should be looked down upon by your nations in the future, not supported. I have no doubt you will comply to this.
* Greenland coast and Quebes' atlantic coast will be totally defortified, as will Iceland.
* Territories occupied by the British forces will be given back to the respected nations. I will not give up land that is rightfully mine.
Remember, these are terms for peace with the British-Quebec nations, and not anyother nations. I await your decision with antisipation.

Orders:
Prepare a huge defense on the Iceland island. Send 100,000 british men to gaurd the interior.
Send the 4th Wing to the skies of Budapest and control the skies, then send in the bombers to clear Axis MILITARY postitions. Then
send 300,000 of the newly trained British fighting army to the lands of Hungary. Take and fortify the city of Budapest, and await reinforcements from allies.
